I think a support player (the guy hanging off the one with the ball) should really support the player with the ball, not the other way round, otherwise you would call the guy with the ball the support player.

True but when your Manu, it works the other way around....

I hear you but its not good enough when your like 2 points down, 10 mins to go and it aint the 5th tackle, thats all im saying. If it was Manu's 1st year then sweet but hes a senior player now. He shouldnt be making these low percentage plays. Storm scored off 1 of these plays and that was the end of the game
Pity that you only saw the last 20 mins of the game and formed your opinion of the game on that, I would love to see what you would have said if you had seen the whole thing. Cause in my opinion there were a lot of low percentage plays in that game. SOme successful some not. To not try a low percentage play means to not try. Get some support and those percentage points change. All i have said is that we missed a sitter in the first half because Benry didnt pass him the ball, those plays at the end of the game might have gone different if there had been a support player running with him. People Lay it on think about Feliti's offloads, but from what i can see manu is doing more, more often, why do we not have support players with him.

Did you see Malony, Tupou and Hurrel working well on the right wing, thats all i want on the left wing.

Bro the Warriors lost because they didnt score in the last 20 mins of the game end of story. If Manu held the ball and not passed it to the invisible player he was seeing the Warriors could of had an opportunity to make a 5th tackle play and score but they didnt, storm did and won the game. You must of missed the last 20 mins

ol Manu must be hatin the grief his brain explosions cause him...last fortnight the fingers,,,this week WTF u doin on the outside

turn off the radio & dont read the paper bro

Ok so just so i have this right, the whole game was played in the 20 mins you watched right, thats the only bit that counts and your view is the only one that matters, cause Manu is mud and ... well Manu is mud

Manu can't win. Only a couple of weeks ago, people were bashing him for not trusting himself to get around the player, and instead passing infield to Benry who ended up killing the play.

The way i see it, its not so much that Manu is horrible, its more that expectations are over the top. you can't tell him to trust himself in one breathe and to go looking for support in the next.

we went away from goin straight up thr middle like the 1st 20...is that the sub's fault?

dont get how teams score back to back then change the game plan

ours was go sideways and run where eva...again i thought Feleti, Maloney & johnson arent gelling right at the mo

This is hilarious!

Manu - made a couple of errors but overall played very well, his kick returns were excellent and he scored a good try. I agree about the support - his speed isn't what it used to but oven that someone should have been able to support him.

Fish - hard to see on TV but he was always lurking and looking for something - it just didn't go his way.

Interesting that no one has mentioned the try Maloney butchered with a 3 on one overlap in the 2nd half at 12-10.

The Storm - watching Billy Slater live is something else. Boy he's quick and literally 9 out of 10 plays he's there looking to get involved. If it doesn't one his way, he's out of there and over to the other side looking again. There really is daylight and some between him and the next best FB.

Overall we lost because we were dumb in the 2nd half - first set of the game on the last we kicked it dead, and that was the last time we did it. Every other time we gave Billy et al easy meters with a kick in the air. Plus our line speed was so slow in the 2nd half - they made 10 before we were anywhere near them .

So frustrating! But as much as I hate to say it, watching the big 3 live is a privilege! They are that good....and some

Manu was going over the sideline. If he had held the ball and been bundled over the sideline, you would have been saying he should have thrown a wild pass to keep the ball in play. The key to your argument is that you will highlight anything Manu does that isn't scoring points as a weakness.

Maybe he should have sent the ball back infield instead of touching down early?

u can see it in his expression afta the mistake( when he's not doin the stupid smirky smile)..oh fcuk im gettin it from the haterz this week again...DOHH

Cant disagree. I think his confidence is rock bottom. Looking forward to Bluey's motivating skills getting him back

best thing Manu coulda done..slap that Anthony Quinn..dude was grapplin hard on Manu when taking the 1st hit up

hes a grubby ba*tard

Exactly.. watch the replay.. Shaun Johnson is there and watches Manu streak away but doesn't bother getting in to a position to support? How is no warriors player within 20 metres of him when he passes that ball?
Not only was there no one following for the pass, the fact they had all clocked off was also the reason there was no one there for the defence, I'm with Nig here I guess I'm a fan boy because at least he was trying to create something, just a shame no one else was.

Then obviously Fish needs to get more vocal. Clearly the other players aren't aware of him, otherwise he would be collecting some off-loads, and making some breaks. Maybe he needs a lot more time in first grade so others get to know his play. But I would much rather see Locke in first grade. Maybe I am being unfair, but I have never rated him as a genuine top grader, and he is not doing anything to convince me that I'm wrong.

Maybe it is difficult to see on TV, but I can't think of any other FB who is less visible than Fish.

We wont make the 8....... next year will be even worse. Not a great time to be a warriors fan

Do you think we switched off due to Malony being in the full back roll and then not getting it together when he moved back or because they just ran out of puff?

agree, Mr Glass gets all the props from lower grade displays but needs to step up when given the chance..dont care if hes lightning quick if neva gonna see it...plus like in Vulcans games i've seen very brittle when tackled...drink more Milk bro:)

Finding it hard to disagree with this at the moment! IMHO some bad decisions being made at Warriors HQ at the moment.
Might be a means to an end, but how far away will that 'end' be?

Manu.. enough of the excuses.. he is not a first year player. It was first tackle!! What the FU*K!! Run it up and set the other runners up for the next run! There was plenty of time.. WHY PANIC and make stupid plays! Bloody hell! First tackle and do that!.. I love Manu dont get me wrong but this is just getting insane! He is technically our Star! Please bro think about what you are doing.. everyone could see after the whistle went at full time he was dirty on himself.. and so he should be! That is fu*king ridiculous!! Regardless of support players or not!!! He lost us that game fair and square! They scored straight off that mind blow out from our marque player!! I now have to clean my house because I have kicked and destroyed most of it and I BLAME YOU MANU!!!!..
