No to moving any of top 17, I have locked them into Covid 19 quarantine for the season opener in Tamworth. Their families are being flown out there to support the players. So no to Dufty proposal. Keep offering him to people though as someone will want him in a trade I had a couple of nibbles on him yesterday. He is highly tradeable.

With regards to Frei - he is injured for the season.
If you want him anyway you can have him for free, I wouldn't want any of those young dudes you offered to come back to my team.
Unless you requested it as a favour to manage your 30 count, and in which case I might help out of Good will for being a friendly and helpful GM throughout the game
