i think this shows we are a top 8 team. if we want to be top 4 then we need to put teams away in the second half.

been banging on for years for offloads and support play. first half shows what can happen.

we hung on in the end but silly errors and penalties let the cows back into it. the boys will learn alot from that. Walsh is going to be a super star, the more games he plays the more he is going to get right

Best 1st half in years, but omg our inexperience showed in the 2nd. We went from 85% comp and 60% terr to 55% comp and 15% territory in the 2nd. That is what made it close, pure and simple,

In saying that, Walsh nearly skittled them with 2 long range tries that just went wrong which would have closed it out.

Kodi looks awesome out of dummy half.

We just need Aiden, Chanel Harris-Tavita and Aitken back for some extra experience and X factor.

GG boys, wins a win.

First half - Top 4-6 team. Second half lucky to make it in the top 12 team

Almost perfect first half

2nd half we lost all our momentum with that Bunty Afoa error, gave them two tries.

After that we were pretty much camped in their half of the field, defending for 40 minutes. Kosi was targeted a lot. Berry did very well defensively IMO.

The main positive is how potent our attack looks all of a sudden with Walsh, we had many chances and breaks in that second half. Had we held onto the ball a bit better, would’ve been a much better score to us.

I’m still very happy with the win, I hope we can double up our efforts next round.

Positives: We won; we showed that we can attacked; Walsh isn't perfect but looks a massive talent; Berry looks to have potential

Negatives: Jesus christ another fucking propwing stop fucking recruiting giant cu**s that have no business out there; Kodi is still the same useless flop that vanishes the second things get hard

Overall it was a game. At least we didn't lose. Hopefully by the end of the season we can get rid of at least one propwing. Ideally we're looking at something like this even if it's far from perfect.

1. Roger Tuivasa-Sheck
2. Pompey
3. Aitken
4. Berry
5. Montoya / Ken

Which Forum will be more pissed off? Us for being 0 in the second half or the Cowboys for not nailing that game?

I definitely feel that was closer to the Cowboys ceiling than ours. Much closer. Still a lot to improve. Maybe time for Debutants time to end. When was the last time we had a centre/wing pairing with a total of 1 game NRL experience starting the match?
