I would say there are 12 clubs looking for ref consistency. For instance what would have happened if Will Chambers did that tackle, a very different outcome in my opinion.

They were saying on triple m today that the cowboys have some pretty decent juniors coming up through the grades and there is a worry if they’re not handled right they could be lost- Particularly if a new Queensland club were to come in

How many juniors make that step up immediately, if at all. We have seen that movie here. Admittedly quality of development is a big factor.
