Not too sure where you’re getting your stats from Cces, but that’s not the case for Murchie. In 4 games he’s made 115 tackles and missed 9. I don’t know stats well but that’s no where near 60%. Has also made about 325 meters in those games so is up over 80m per game.
Its what it says on his official NRL profile currently but its hugely wrong. I think at his worst he had an 83% tackle efficiency in the game against the Storm, otherwise he's been around 90% or better per game. Not too sure where you’re getting your stats from Cces, but that’s not the case for Murchie. Thats from footystatistics.com which is what they base fantasy NRL from so I hope their fairly accurate
Unfortunately Evans wasn't on the field for the first 24mins, of the 2nd half, when the club Leaked 26 points in 24mins. If you want to single out players, watch that 24mins of embarrassment. As far as I'm concern, we the Warriors we need to build combinations to help the Team between rookies & senior to develop a Winning culture.....Not bagging individuals.Zero interest in watching this team play. I know Brown thinks he’s REALLY clever with the game day switcharoo but the only people he’s upsetting are fantasy players.
With injuries it is what it is. But I’m not planning on watching if Kosi plays. Nothing against him personally, but I don’t want watch a rookie propwing team up with a veteran propwing to cost us another game.
Evans STILL starting is an extremely poor message to the rest of the team after his defence cost us two tries.
Presumably Walsh starts since SuperCoach said he made a mistake benching him this week. But who knows. Something like this might be interesting. Although Chanel Harris-Tavita’s kicking was miserable again and I’m becoming more and more convinced he should be the one that moves to hooker.
6. Walsh
7. Chanel Harris-Tavita
9. Nikorima
14 Egan
When the forwards start having a crack and making more than say 40-50 metres(Tohu Harris and Ben Murdoch-Masila aside) a game then we can think about leaving ken out. Without him we'll have zero go forward outside of Roger Tuivasa-Sheck and Tohu HarrisHow is Ken in the team
They're from NRL.com & there's a big discrepancy isn't there? If think with the metres they've included the games he's been 18th man in there division. With the tackle % they also factor in ineffective tackles (which he has 5) which other sites might not consider but even so that stat is way off too.Not too sure where you’re getting your stats from Cces, but that’s not the case for Murchie. Murchie and Katoa, have bearly been given a chance this year. Those stats for Murchie don’t tell the story. And we all know what Katoa’s capable of, but 1 or 2 good games and Curran’s ahead of him
Because he's part of the 'Leadership' group. How is Ken in the team
He does come up with the rare strong defensive game. Someone could put together a highlights reel and push the argument he is a strong defender. Unfortunately I don’t think the clip would be longer than 8 secondsHiku actually always had the odd strong and aggressive defensive game. Without seeing them strung together I wouldn't out my money on turning a corner
Not really, probably because he's one of only about 3 players (Tohu Harris and Roger Tuivasa-Sheck the other two) that consistently bends the line and makes over 100 metres a game.Because he's part of the 'Leadership' group.
I get it, you don't like him.I'm getting sick of Brown with all this trying to outsmart the other coaches, he is not clever enough to do that.
Turner? He's leftIt’s good to have experienced depth but this isn’t a huge blow in my opinion. Our biggest weakness right now is edge defence.
There’s no way Hiku could be selected ahead of Pompey or Aitken. They are both miles better.
I actually prefer Berry over Hiku also. And if Vailea continues playing like he did on the weekend, then his first grade development becomes more important than Hiku as a fourth string centre.
Hopefully we can buy out Hiku and Turner to clear the roster spots.
Turner hasn’t left yet. Pompey has well and truly gone past Hiku. Was one of our best against Cows last week and was good again against Manly. Kata comparison is a terrible call.
I like Pompey better than Kata solely on the basis that he hasnt ever ‘dashed’ out of dummy half on the last tackle and been held up over the line. May of worked a couple of times but damn it was frustrating how blatantly he was telegraphing those plays near the end of his stint with us
