One of my favorite warriors moments because that exact reason.

Was sitting in the Southern with the old man with this right infront of us. Reason why this Warriors moment is chiseled into my memory, is that horrendous teal jersey. Someone deserved to get twacked just for wearing that.

If they get the distribution and passing accurate, and that is a smaller if with Egan there they can beat the Titans, who are a handy side. In my view we have them smashed on the Bench.

Dragons fans write off the Warriors every year because they have owned us worse than any NRL team.

The Dragons are not the best team in the NRL.

I do not get why fans think that any team in the NRL competition should be a win for the Warriors.

Every team has its day.

We back a team that is shithouse more often than it is good, and yet we expect to beat the other shithouse teams.

That makes no sense to me.

Why should anyone think that the one team (Titans) that the Warriors have had the most success against...should be a win....when the Warrior are the most unrelibale team in the NRL???

At least now we have Addin Fonua-Blake, Tohu Harris, Katoa, Ben Murdoch-Masila etc to throw something at them on offense, so at least they have to make tackles that count. In saying that we did a very good job on Taumololo last year

The concern for me is that the Titans (my #2 team) were better than the Warriors 2 weeks ago. Although, our record against them is superior.

Of the 17 listed to play, there are four new recruits, two that missed almost all the season with injury and two that left early in the season. Throw in only the one preseason game and I reckon we are going to be a bit underdone.

That being said, I thought we had the better of the preseason game while both sets of starters were on. The Titans are also getting a bit of hype on the back of a good finish to the season and a couple of flash signings. I remember that not going too well for us when we were in those shoes many times over the year. I’m not convinced they are that good.

I agree in the trial they fired more shots and looked like they had more points in them than us. At the very least they would’ve snapped a field goal at the end when they dominated that last 10 minutes. A win this weekend I would consider a bonus.

Fonzies latest podcast pretty much nailed it for me. Yes, they have more cohesion than us in crucial areas like halves and hooking for now. We either match or better them in others and WILL surpass them later down the track. Just need more games together so we don’t look so lost in the attack zone.

I think you just have to shut down a few individuals on the titans and they don’t have that much worry about, obviously Brimson, Tino and Fifita are the keys, that bench is weak, even in a trial Roger Tuivasa-Sheck found a gap so big next to Lisone he could run backwards through it, and Ash Taylor is still more likely to grubber dead and run down a blind alley more times than he’ll do something constructive.

Pleased they picked Don and Thompson over Sami – I believe the match ups would be Thompson vs Ken – I know he can’t leap like Manu used to, but that foot in height has to count for something. Don is always good for a fluky aerial try, but not over the top of Fusitua.

They do like to spread the ball coming out of their end, which not many teams do these days and can definitely see that catching us out a few times, especially on Hiku’s side. If they just run straight one out hit ups with their backs don’t think they can get out of their own end without ref assistance.

After the broncos shit the bed on friday night, the NRL needs a Queensland team to be worth watching in prime time games later in the year, so expect the GC to be built up and get a lot of favorable calls this season.

I just don’t know what Nathan Brown wants to do with our attack – its hard to say any game is a win until we see how that looks. Team selection makes sense, trial lots of go forward and good tackling practice, but nothing really shown other than give it to the big boys one out.

I think it will come down to which pack fires up. Both are capable of being unstoppable if they play well

Brimson is the key. If he gets in the open or broken field then we're screwed. Nobody will get close to him let alone run him down.

Best way to stop him though is to limit their pack. It all starts up front.
