Does anyone put any chalk into the fact we signed that Twentymen fella over from Rugby to replace Corvo, and have had a plethora of injuries? Or is it just our turn for bad luck on that front?
There are no coincidences.

I suggested last week I thought Murchie might be a worth starting as his efforts off the bench have been nothing to write home about.
He’s a big body - let’s see how he goes

I really hope we give up about 20 mins into the game. And then get smashed. Then maybe some dipshit will look for someone to fire. And hopefully Cameron George is too slow to miss that bullet.

Not a bad side considering what we have available. Would prefer a bigger body than Burr, he just looks weights big, not naturally big. I can't remember him having a dominant run from prop and he'll be the smallest prop in the game. Lawton looks a little big for hooker but he'll be a good middle defender until Nikorima can take over and start sniping. Melbourne have looked awesome in one game and just OK in the other two since lockdown, they look unbalanced for some reason. I can see an upset here.

Pretty sad - they must be trying to push him out.

The guys has multiple kids and wife in NZ. They get special permission to play Poasa Faamusuli - yet Pulu is capable of playing middle.
He’s just not that good. Not sure if you watched him in NSW cup last year. He’s not the same player I remember watching in his first game for us against the Rabbitohs in Perth.

Pulu - has definately lost confidence since is lower leg injury and was lucky to get selected for NSW cup at times.

However I still dont agree the warriors looking for sympathy and getting a loan player - like Poasa Faamusuli when Pulu and Tom Ale can play middle forward. Tom Ale hasnt kicked on yet like he could have - but its opportunities like this that might give him that opportunity.

Ale is relatively short - so wont excite Sullivan. But Ale was affective in Cup Round 1 game.

Murchie is a big body but the phrase "Looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane so far" sounds apt

O''Sulivan just needed to get a signature after missing out on so many players - that he had to sign an old roosters SG Ball player that was available.

For mine murchie doesnt look any better than a local fox player like King Vuniyayawa or Preston Riki.

It's just bad luck, plenty of other teams have a lot of injuries too.

Reminds me of a journalists comment about former English heavyweight boxer Joe Bugner. He had the physique of a Greek statue, but had fewer moves.

Herald is saying that Fusitua and Burr aren't certainties - they still have to pass HIA protocol.
yea was about to add this. Burr went out with an HIA last 2 games hes played and only lasted one hit in the last one. He must be very suspect for not getting back on the pitch. I would put him at odds of 1 in 5 maybe, and with a high chance of getting another concussion if they let him play.

I agree, surprised The King isn't lacing up the boots in his place this week.
He’s only signed for this season at the moment.
