General NRL 2020 Round 20 - General Discussion

JaggedJ

Broncos get the spoon, Roosters get 60 put on them.

Just need someone to relocate Manly and it's been one hell of a weekend,

Just watched the Titans highlights. More long range tries in one game than us in the last two years. Brimson's acceleration and change of direction is nuts.

Knights atrocious, but Titans looked electric.
tits looked good for winning 6 in a row. Would like to have seen them take a top 8 scalp, just like i would have liked to see the warriors get more than just one top 8 scalp.

Tits recruitment for next year should be good. a steady season should see both them and the warriors benefit.

Was at the Titans final game last night and there sure is a new energy around that place.
Yeah the Knights were bad but the Titans brand of footy is energetic and exciting and it’s starting to look like they’re finally getting the right pieces in place.
Add Fifita and Tino and already next season is looking pretty bright for them.
I’ve been singing Brimsons praises since his debut and this try reminded me straight away of Stacey’s grand final try.
That electric speed off the mark and evasion leaving guys tackling mid air. Fantastic.
I see parallels with us for next year..adding some genuine heavyweight calvary to teams already on the up.
Only difference is we’ve got a whole new coaching regime coming in as well..only time will tell how that goes.
Sam Lisone has been one of their standout forwards the past few weeks.
Looks happy.

Re Roosters - reported that no team has won the comp who have had more than 49 points put on them during the season!

Can they make a lie of this statistic?

Panthers 42 nil.

15 straight.

Be shocked if they dont make the last dance.

There last real tough challenge from there loss was our team.

Kikau,Crichton and the underrated Edward's to come back.

A pity we weren't playing the Sharks this week for a place in the finals.

Well understrength and playing like it.

Was just about to write Graham not going to well at 6 overplaying or not gelling with the guys around him.................................and he scores.

Some good young centers on show.

Even under strength the Sharks are managing to score quite a few points.

Good for a NZ/Kiwis point of view Nikora getting back in the side.

Big scores in this final round.
Every winner so far scoring over 30.

Reckon the fact the finals teams are already sorted has lessened the intensity for some.
After a long, weird season not surprised there’s plenty of eyes on next week already.

A good finish to that game. Eels lucky they got themselves together nearly lost their second life in the finals.

Also lucky the Tigers missed so many kicks.
