Well as all will know Corey Norman wont be there, fractured Jaw which is terrible luck for him given DCE has gone down, he could have finally been in shot for SoO.

But on our side its a shot in the arm, hate feeling positive about a great player going down and it will suck not seeing Hunt and Norman teach us a lesson in matching halves, but it could be the start Kodi needs for his ego to be centre of attention in 5/8th.

New signing Kodi Nikorima is all set to make his Vodafone Warriors debut at his old home ground Suncorp Stadium after being named today at standoff for Saturday’s NRL Magic Round encounter with St George Illawarra in Brisbane (5.30pm kick-off local time; 7.30pm NZT).

The 25-year-old Palmerston North-born Kiwi international will become Vodafone Warrior #236 just eight days after being signed from the Brisbane Broncos.

Nikorima has an intimate knowledge of Suncorp Stadium after playing at the venue in almost 50 of his 86 matches for the Broncos. His last outing for Brisbane was in its 29-6 seventh-round home win against Cronulla on April 27.

Vodafone Warriors head coach Stephen Kearney, who worked with Nikorima in the Kiwis and when he was an assistant coach at Brisbane, has teamed up the club’s new arrival with veteran halfback Blake Green.

Good bench with Lawton and Tevaga - that underlines that, injuries aside, Tevaga will not be interchange hooker.

Obviously, we don't know the reason why, but Luke being on the extended bench is, I hope, a sign of planning for IL leaving before 2020/a significant period of time when he's out injured. Or maybe he just beat SK's avatar's ass at Fortnite.

Denial springs eternal. Warriors by 6. Whoever's playing The Reservoir Dogs by 40+. Unless the NRL announce DNPs are worth double your Team's total points.

1-13 looks good. Bench is still a fucking mess though.

14. Jazz - watch dipshit play him at hooker for 40m and/or start him over Roache
15. Bunty - Good selection
16. Sao - Probably gets 12 minutes
17. Lawton - also probably gets 12 minutes

I just have no faith in the dumb cu** controlling our team. The selections are better this week, but watch him butcher the use of them.

It’s barely worth getting upset about at this point

What did Lawton do wrong to get dropped in the first place? thought he was impressive the couple of games he played plus he a 80 minute guy. Luke is done for i reckon, poor guys body is buggered. Makes sense for him to be starting Hooker and then Jazz on the bench just in case otherwise use him in the middle.
