Thank god that we weren't the pumping of the weekend with so many eyes on every game.

That ref the explanation though is cringey.
It doesn't matter how I officiated 2 weeks ago, this is what I am saying now... Um it does matter how you officiate because you enforce the rules.

Should have been a red but that's still a shit thing for the guy with the whistle to say.

Apologies for the tenuous link to the thread but this is unbelievable! I support three teams; Warriors, Bradford Bulls and Leeds United. It's been years/decades of pain. 12hrs ago I was scared ( with good reason ) that all three would lose on the same day. I don't think all three have ever won on the same weekend never mind the same day! Makes it all worthwhile - almost.
The mighty Rhinos with Merrin, Hurrell and Lolohea were humbled, James Graham was given the opportunity to be magnanimous in defeat (which he was) and Frank Lampard's Derby County were beaten at home - but there's a long way to go in that one. Oh God ( if there is a God ) thank You.

Always hate watching Melbourne, gives me a case of why don't we just copy some of their structures: the forward option and/or deeper half option creates so much space off the ruck for them: With some roll on Smith goes to the forward to continue the surge, with rushing defense he goes to the half and the line has lost it's shape.

We never do that. Our plays are super telegraphed relying on athleticism not the structure to break the line. Why not both?

Probably takes a lot of work and discpline to play like they do. It’s not just a case of copy paste I’m assuming.

great point.

so right

Melbourne are not athletic but high on football IQ.

Our team are not high on IQ but big on athleticism.

Kearney should be developing Warrior Jungle Ball, not copying Melbourne's style of High Football IQ plays.

Well $2 million for everyone else. They probably have them on the books for $1.2 million. Roosters got to Roosters.

Only caught this game from the last 10 minutes of the 1st half after watching the UFC.

Interesting 2nd half coming up with their lack of interchanges. A good test of their fitness. Also pretty much their left side all off the field.

Will the Raiders be able to move them around to tire them out and create some opportunities.

The Cronk try. Guy is a great game manger and not the most explosive guy. But man does he score a lot supporting up the middle after a break. He seems to score a lot with guy drawing in the fullback and putting him away.

You can’t tell me that these injuries aren’t related to this 4 day old turf? Ratana just went down with a knee injure with no one around him. Surely players should be looking at some legal action

I think they mentioned the turf on NRL 360 during the week and how it would hold up with the extra games. The rain the other night probably didn't help.

The NRL probably assessing it now. Easy we'll put the Warriors on last and our precious Broncos and Roosters on earlier.
