stayed up to 4am and copped 2 pairs of jordan 4's. was pretty damn excited and in a great mood. so thank you very much warriors you just find a way to change my mood and suck the joy out of life

couple of points
1. our line speed and our kick chase is pathetic. a bomb goes up and our guys jog to it. In defence it looks like we run forward 2m and stop and wait for the defence
2. i am not going to sit here and blame SK. to me the blame for this season is on the front office. seriously thinking rookies can fill in for veterans is retarded. our recruitment was pretty pathetic in the offseason(bar one or two singings in herbert and ahmau)
3. we lack zero urgency or intensity at all.
4. we need a domiant half that is in and around the ruck yelling at guys where to go and where to run. it looks like everyone just kinda stands around. take a hit up here and there and then spread it wide and hope for the best
5 . at best we are an average team playing poorly.

On the plus side by the time the game ends you no longer care.

We’ll nearly beat the good teams one week and not look like beating the easy ones the following week.

It’s not about whether they can or not - they’re just fucking scared to.

From the Coach right through to the Jnrs - they have an issue with winning.

The team that played like they really wanted to win, they won. Where are our support players? Eg. at about 31:08 remaining in H2, in broken play (the kind that sets up the teams that really put in the effort, the big *opportunities*) we had Greeny of all people taking a hit-up as everyone with space in front of them was kinda standing there watching.

Plaudits to Leeson, Paasi, Chanel, Herbert, Big Ken, Roger Tuivasa-Sheck. You tried.

So the ‘flat’ thing. Is it an issue with the coach or the captain. How does a team like that of professional players turn up for a relatively crucial game and collectively all just dial in a half ass effort like that?

I think it’s this idea that they aren’t driven by winning and don’t fear losing. Makes no difference to this playing group if they win or lose. And that’s an issue with the coach.

My biggest issue is what happens to progress? We show good signs one week and then shit our pants the next in that exact department. Why can’t we improve even if it’s just a little bit. We needed a half who could create holes and will pass Roger Tuivasa-Sheck at speed into them.

Also our back 3 are nowhere to be seen backing up offloads as the top 10 for offloads. Terrible.

Like quite a few of our losses this year that was frustrating.

Once they got up to 14 points it was looking like a pretty tough task to win the game. We don't have much points in us and with our defense the Knights were likely to score again. We did well to get up to 18-18 but then let in a pretty soft try.

The penalties we conceded in kicking range were also frustrating. Kept them ticking over on the scoreboard.

Even trying to get back into the game we needed field position as we don't look like we will score much long range tries this year.
