Just a awesome game of footy ruined by the refs.

Not only that bogus penalty which led to the game-tying penalty goal - but all the let-offs the refs continued to give the Storm, allowing them to waltz up the field and causing our boys to continuously defend in their red zone.

We had hardly any territory in the 2nd half of the 2nd half.

I can live with inexperienced plays by Chanel Harris-Tavita - that poor kick put them under the pump.

But no way was that a penalty - Bromwich was rushing to play the ball he knew what he was doing.

No one in the world can believe the Storm are deserved winners.

I’m not accepting a moral victory either - we were good enough to win this and we fucking should have. Just leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Fuck sakes.

Herbert - he’s a star in the making. Goodbye Kata.

Very promising to play this way without the likes of Roger Tuivasa-Sheck and Green. But got to make it all click once all the troops are back together. And SK has to select the right players.

But fuck man just feel sick after that penalty. Just fucken bull shit man.

Ken was massive tonight!
Herbert our first centre picked from now on, Outstanding!
Tohu Harris and Hiku were great.
Papalii was busy.
Love the composure of Chanel Harris-Tavita, not perfect but man this kids gonna be good.
Can’t wait to see more of Perham.
Good stuff across the board.
Where has this energy and commitment been?
Hope it’s contagious.
Aweomse effort.
Thanks for FINALLY changing shit up SK!

Fuck all the sk haters. You don’t know shit. To put in that performance with the players out was amazing. Sk needs to be given the credit he deserves. Cameron Smith is the greatest director of a game ever. He won that game for them. Hold your head high boys.
So SK kept us in the game, but Bellamy didnt win it..

SK got rid of players out of form, Ill give him credit for that but the bench was still wrong

Well played boys. Showed lot of heart. Herbert was awesome as were Harris, Hiku and Chanel Harris-Tavita did very well. Blair still not good enough to be starting in the team. 1 run for 13 metres all game. Wonder what the score would have been had we had a conventional bench.

Well that game , even though it was a narrow loss, was an A for AWESOME effort. :)

And now I am wondering if that same team lineup ..with Fusitua in for Ayshford, would work again.

Patrick Herbert needs to stay in the team.. His defence was outstanding.
Channel 9 Commentators said that Agnatius Paasi was the best Forward of the night.

An inspirational loss.. if you could call it that.
It should give the Warriors more confidence now after that effort against a top 2 team.

I admire the Storms team work but their decoys border on obstructions, their tackling and slowing down of the attack pushes the limits, then their acting for penalties is pathetic. They need to be penalised more than they are.

Proud of the effort. Why did they bring Hayze on to play at hooker FFS?

Player on debut and you're putting the boot in for one mistake, after an awesome defensive effort.

Hang your head in shame.
the kid is bloody smart. look at all his decisions in defence. he dropped back when he saw kicks coming, came out of the line when needed and stuck to his guns and covered will chambers well. will chambers has bent us over many times. he had one chance with ball in hand at the end of the game. im keen to see him get opportunities with ball in hand next week. defensively we looked real bloody good. scramble d was back and we made the right decisions. that tells me the blokes out there trust each other.

Man we are missing Green.

2 crucial plays really helped change momentum.

1. Chanel Harris-Tavita throwing a cutout behind the whole backline on the last inside the 10 - that was repeat city and the kick was the ONLY option

2. Chanel Harris-Tavita dribbling it 5m into touch on the 40, next time we touched the ball we were behind.

Not a knock on Chanel Harris-Tavita, he's only playing his 4th game but with Green there we're possibly on a 4 game win streak.

Bring on the Knights
