Those that live across the ditch probably have noticed how aussies largely ignore the NZ in ANZAC so with the Warriors not playing at home every ANZAC round is self centered and offensive by the NRL imo.

Their are 9 cities and you cannot have a game everywhere but as we know St George always play in Sydney so that leaves 7 remaining Sydney clubs and 7 other cities.

So for me ANZAC round should look something like this.

Sydney V St George
Melbourne V Souths
Brisbane V Manly
Nth Qld V Cronulla
Canberra V Penrith
Newcastle V Canterbury
Warriors V Wests
Gold Coast V Parramatta

I am in Melbourne, just watching AFL on telly, the sang the nz anthem before the game but there are no new Zealand players, so I think they are paying their respects.

I hate Sam Burgess, hoodwinked the stupid refs into a penalty when souths out on their feet on their goal line. They score on the next set and game over for panthers. Nother dumb ass refs call.

Just went back and watched the last few minutes of that game ... and noticed that the final 3 points scored by the opposition were EXACTLY the same as last night's game - a penalty in front of the posts for Warriors holding on too long in the tackle .... then followed by a field goal!
