Surely they couldn't play as poorly twice in a row.
Also the Tigers are a good team, with a very good coach and we switched off.
Man if u read the pre match thread leading upto the game the Tigers forwards we're supposed to be weak, their players were passed it, and based on our ass thumping of that powerhouse Bulldog side we just had to turn up.
Personally I try to keep some perspective on wins and losses, didn't think we should book the grand final just yet after that bulldogs win as some almost had us at, and I don't think we're a lock in for the spoon based on that disappointing Tigers loss.
Actually optimistic for this weekend. We just didn't make our completions against the Tigers, too many errors....that's it really. If they focus and address those areas plus the obvious improvement in our team over the last year or so then we give ourselves a good chance.....and in fact I think given the occasion it will be in Christchurch will actually help us with that focus.
