Anything that potentially keeps him in the side makes no sense whatsoever.

Warriors should go in and demand the charge be upgraded. Demand 4 weeks damn it!

Surely they couldn't play as poorly twice in a row.
Also the Tigers are a good team, with a very good coach and we switched off.

Man if u read the pre match thread leading upto the game the Tigers forwards we're supposed to be weak, their players were passed it, and based on our ass thumping of that powerhouse Bulldog side we just had to turn up.

Personally I try to keep some perspective on wins and losses, didn't think we should book the grand final just yet after that bulldogs win as some almost had us at, and I don't think we're a lock in for the spoon based on that disappointing Tigers loss.

Actually optimistic for this weekend. We just didn't make our completions against the Tigers, too many errors....that's it really. If they focus and address those areas plus the obvious improvement in our team over the last year or so then we give ourselves a good chance.....and in fact I think given the occasion it will be in Christchurch will actually help us with that focus.

Maybe but to only get it if he gets suspended is shit too,, even if lisone doesnt get suspended sao should get his spot but from what we saw last year and now this year he couldnt buy his way into the FG team by the looks, just seems Kearney aint a Sao fan

Mate to be perfectly honest , NRL head coaches I don't think can afford to play favourites.
Form dictates a lot , and maybe lisone adds more. Imo he has looked very good to start the year. Lots of size speed and aggression off the bench.

As per Kata, I think Sao needs to have a word to Stacey to let him know that he prefers to play in the forwards and he's not actually the water boy after all. Someone may then have that "oh shit" moment....

Would not at all be surprised to see Lawton in for Lisone. Kearney has no issue having two small men on the bench and given that Luke didn't look fit they may want the insurance.

Add to that the awesome away record in NZ, thats a good pack they've named and Turbo will be hungry az.

Wouldn't be totally against that. It means Jazz would not have to spend minutes as a makeshift dummy half and instead we'd have someone with speed when Luke has a spell. Not sure how many minutes we could squeeze out of Paasi, Afoa and Ah Mau though.

Guess we are getting the answer whether we can rely on him as a fulltime hooker tbh. Hamstring strain over Christmas and one game into the season before breaking down again. Minor or not, I wouldn’t feel comfortable heading into a season with him as first choice hooker without a fantastic back up.

Hopefully last weekend was just the perfect shitstorm of events and the combination of playing in CHCH and the bounce back factor fires up the whole team. We’ll need a big one with Manly most likely being full strength again.
