Watching the kiwi's really made me miss Shaun Johnson's long / high kicking game. The kid could bomb and punt the hell out of a ball. Short kicking options.... not so much

Yeah I never understood the criticism Johnson got for his long field kicking game. When you are inside your own half or only just out of it on the last tackle, every half in the comp makes the same play. A long high kick. I’ve never seen Cronk be criticized for it.

Benji back in the kiwis after being ignored by Kearney since 2012 coz they were looking to the future? 2 world cups and multple big series later where we really could have used him and hes back in the team at 34 after being told he was too old at 27 this is the man coaching and selecting our team currently. How anyone has faith in the man I dont know but until hes gone we are just an after thought.

Shaun Johnson, Benji, Foran, Nikorima. I tend to agree about him being discarded too early but outside of Blair more than average picks.

I was looking at some stats and ended up putting the 2019 winning percentages for each player into a sheet.
Here's the team that was that was named with their winning % and games played.

Most telling thing I got from those stats is the more games you play for the warriors the more likely you are to be a loser.

just had 3 weeks holiday back on Monday and its been a Warrior stress free break tbh havnt missed them.... they better get the start of my week of with a win

While not a fan of Jazz from the bench taking up prop minutes, im more than good with him starting at 13 and playing 80. Its where i wanted him at the start of the season, he's got the motor for it, can patrol the middle 3rd and top the tackle count.

Problem is i always envisioned that backrow balance of workhorse Jazz in the middle to include Tohu Harris and Pulu, 2 big bodies providing strike on the edges......Blair and Papili'i in the mix and our backrow just looks weak as shit.
