I am actually looking forward to watching the RWC now after this NRL season. I'm just glad it's over.

Just for once I'd like to see the refs put up in front of the press and have to explain some of their decisions. Have Sutton watch video of his arm waving six more and then explain why he called for the handover next play. Was it a call from the second ref or the bunker to overturn the six again call?

That's exactly what happened I think. He would have got a call from the 2nd ref or touch judge after he signaled 6 to go and then changed his decision.
