Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad must feel like he hit the jackpot! Goes from Warriors reserve grade to starting fullback at the Raiders, a new 3 year contract and pay rise plus making the grand final in his first year at the club.

Looks like its Chambers in, i think i would have preferred Earl although Chambers on the wing not centre, interestingly zero tackle has roosters 68% probability win.. Good forward battle but think Roosters have better backline, fingers crossed for a storm win although i have a feeling they just might.

Bartlett seems like a weak link on the wing there. Very little strength or step in her game.

Beside waking up at a mates place for a Kiwis test in England that 89 Grand Final was the first game of league I watched. Been hooked ever since. Can remember the build up all week building hype. Then the game delivered big time.
Of course that then meant waiting 6 months until the next season.
Is there a thread here for the NRLW girls doing well against Broncs so far

1st half goal line defence was awesome. Suffered from Warrioritis, we put in the big hits and lead them most of the game, the professional aussies stayed in the grind, outlasted our enthusiasm and ran away in the end when they inched ahead and we thought we had to chase the game. Enjoyed...

Enjoyed last nights game. A big crowd with the Canberra faithful out in force trying to push their side to a Grand Final. That field looks a lot better when it is full.
Raiders were up for it and got into Souths but couldn't finish off the last passes etc. That gave Souths some chances to get back into the game, they also had issues getting that last pass.
Souths needed another strike player, Walker was their most dangerous player last night. Reynolds is good at getting a side around the field and kicking but isn't the most creative. Roberts would of helped. It will be interesting to see how Bennett recruits now after having a year to review his squad.
The Raiders have given us one piece of the puzzle for Grand Final week. They have also given us a potential fairy tale for this year the other side to be sorted out tonight is going to be one of the big favoured sides.
