Sorry admin if wrong place to post. The rugby world cup officiating is also a bit of a joke. Seems to to be a trend contact sport overall at the moment.

So many yellow cards for inconsequential contact and hold ups in play for piss poor penalties deemed foul play.

Makes you feel just a bit better about league

honestly I think the storm will get dudded by the refs at a crucial time and the roosters will win, this is the dream result the NRL want with the first ever repeat win. I think the Eels are not anywhere at the level of Canberra. So Canberra and Roosters GF.

However I would rather see Storm vs Canberra as Canberra have beaten them this 2 out of 3 games this year and both those at the end of the season. The storm would lift like nothing on earth for this game. And Canberra wont go down wanting.

If its Roosters v Raiders the roosters will walk it.

Canberra by 7, Storm by 2, only for roosters and storm to be found to have rorted the salary cap and the NRL deciding to have Canberra vs Bunnies repeat their heroics from this week in the GF next week.Bunnies by 20.
Just as an aside does anyone know why painkilling injections aren't considered performance enhancing? Surely just the fact you couldn't play without it means its enhancing your performance?

In NZ since last weekend, decided to watch the game tonight and NRL is on SS4?!!! My hotel only has SS1-3. Is this the shit NZ RL fans have to put up with? RL used to be on SS1 or 2.

Yea they only just moved it to SS4. Was on SS2 up until a month or so ago.
