I know some are bagging the refs (as usual), but I thought they were pretty good. Got the No Tries right and pulled up forward passes and play the balls. Things that would usually go against the warriors.

I'm happy with a scrappy win, but not if it comes at the cost of Roger Tuivasa-Sheck/Luke/mannering.

A little bit ugly, but I'm super fucking happy with that win.

We may have been dusty at times, with some silly errors. But we also had flashes of absolute brilliance and above all, we were gritty. Make no mistake, I feel like we've already won a finals game based off the atmosphere of that game. If the Tigers 'gave up' last night, the Raiders seemed determined to prove a point tonight.

While there are a lot of things to critique about that game, but ultimately we iced it fairly easily with those penalty goals. I know, I know, Shaun Johnson missed two early on, but I'm just very happy with their game management and how determined they were to win.

Hung in there. But Jazz not feeding it to a 6 on 1 overlap and Katas in goal funk made that a lot harder than it should have been.

Worth noting Canberra bear both Souths and Easts in the past two weeks so their form was good.

Thought Paasi was immense for us.

I agree. There was some fantastic defence in that game when we were pinning them in a corner. The metres we were making through the middle third was also fantastic and I think showed (through injuries) what a balanced bench rotation can provide.

Hopefully it’s a case of shaking out some nerves before next week
