He's not even intimidating or a player you would be scared of either.Thing about Lisone is yes he was on the end of a cheap shot from Frizell but from a team point of view he shouldn’t have reacted the way he did, it’s those kind of brain farts in his game that we all lament.
It wouldn’t matter if we were a point in front in a semifinal he still does it and gets penalised, the opposition know he’s a hot head and bait him accordingly, he’s too thick to realise it and too feckless to do anything about it.

In theory he should have just started swinging like McCullough did with Satae, then he would have got Frizell sinbinned, as well as himself and we would have got the penalty.
In reality however he probably would have just got sent off and a possible ass kicking from Frizell lol
i guess that depends on whether he was told to do it or not? something we will never know.Thing about Lisone is yes he was on the end of a cheap shot from Frizell but from a team point of view he shouldn’t have reacted the way he did, it’s those kind of brain farts in his game that we all lament.

I think it was pretty clear it was retaliation for what happened a few moments earlier.
He’s a loose cannon at the best of times, I doubt he needed provoking by the leadership group to get some sort of payback, at 18-12 I’d say it’s more likely the opposite is true in that he was told ... “Sammy don’t go doin anything stupid now will ya” lol.
i really dont care if he has a bruised ego over this. I care that as a team they won, not that one individual player scores more tries or less.

Congratulations to the Might Vodafone Warriors for this clinical and polished win over our perennial bunnies, the ST George Dragons.
A high quality performance by our well-oiled machine in the 2nd half where they totally dominated.
Loved seeing Jazz Tevaga and Sam Lisone out there showing their immense talent and skill, crucial to the win.
What a tremendous club we have, filled with incredible athletes.
I am loving every moment of this season, it is just a pleasure to be a faithful Warriors fan.
Kata is not the only one who can pass to the winger. Hes an imminent threat whenever hes near the ball, so the opposition always number up on him, if their numbering up on him that means theres a gap somewhere that can be exploited. Are there better centers, yea sure, are there any in the warriors. IMO no.Will you care this week if he does the same thing and starves a good winger of ball only to be a hog and not score and we go on to lose? Its not really a bruised ego when you have centers that cant seem to supply our wingers who are great finishers. Kata's ego is getting in the way. We need to good centers out there. That know how to draw and pass and set up our guys. Tries have really dried up and when we arent scoring regularly elsewhere then it is a major reason we lose. If we cant score points we cant make up for our defensive lapses.
I have watched the replay a few times trying to find the contact , but can't find it. He must think he isnt guilty. Anyone here seen the ' incident'?.Brothers and Fellas,
I have sad news to report. It was earlier understood that if Afoa pleaded guilty they would relinquish the one game ban. That does not appear to be case according to this
https://www.nrl.com/news/2018/08/03...being-charged-for-pulling-adam-elliotts-hair/
"Afoa will front the judiciary on Tuesday night to challenge a possible one-match ban for dangerous contact to the head/neck in the 47th minute on Dragons forward Leeson Ah Mau."
He has pleaded not guilty
Has anyone ever pleaded not guilty and won? I don't think this is a good tactic by Afoa. Plead guilty next time. I hope this isn't a religious stand or something where he is doing it on the principle of the thing.
Lisone 2 games.
Did you look at the 47th minute specifically.I have watched the replay a few times trying to find the contact , but can't find it. He must think he isnt guilty. Anyone here seen the ' incident'?.
