Ill do you a deal Warriors- win tomorrow and I will get a membership. I didn’t renew this year as my own form of protest at the bullshit they’d served up for the last few years- win tomorrow and we have essentially proven we can beat any of the top 4 and I’ll repay that in my own way

WTF is with these late withdrawals before kickoff. Always have a heart attack reading this forum before gameday. It seems like every time we play against a top four side at home, we get hit by a major injuries to star players before kick off (Shaun Johnson against Dragons, Shaun Johnson and Luke against the Roosters, Shaun Johnson, Tohu Harris, Blair and Luke against Storm, etc). It's almost as if god is writing the Aussie narrative that we can't beat top 4 teams....

I doubt this was intentional to the extent that we had the foresight to mindfuck Bellamy and the Storm. We're not that smart. Just another injury strain right before a massive game.

Hopefully Green isn't out too long, pretty gutting for him to get injured with about 20 seconds to play or whatever it was. Having Lino ready to step in definitely lessens the blow, he's been pretty good so far this year, particularly first time up each time he's stepped in.

Still think we're a good chance tomorrow all things being equal, however a wet day in Auckland will make things a bit tougher.

You'd have to think we'll need to be at our best defensively to win, you've got to respect the Storm but like any side, if you put them under pressure with and without the ball they're beatable.
Fingers crossed the boys turn up with the right mindset tomorrow, let the offloads flow (at the right times) and claim our revenge for the ANZAC day massacre.

Achieve that and we're rock solid in the 8.

In other forums I have been on the members close to the match ground kept us in the loop about whether it was raining leading up to match time.

Hasn't rained at all.

At this stage it looks like we should see all the rain before kick off, then the sun will come out for the game.

Be a little soft underfoot tho. Will suit our big wingers nicely. Just need to knock their power forwards over in the middle.
