Fuck yeah boys !!!

Performance of the season so far for mine

The St George game was definitely awesome & a pure joy to behold

But to come out today & produce that kind of performance under all the pressure this team would've been under is so much better IMO

This is the kind of performance that makes this current iteration of the Warriors so exhilarating yet simultaneously frustrating

Exhilarating cos as myself & others have already stated at various times this season when the Warriors are on like they were today they are virtually unstoppable & right up there with the best teams in the comp

Frustrating cos if we were more consistent we might not have had to suffer through some of the terrible loses we've had to endure this season

Still ... this game has rekindled my hope that maybe, just maybe, we have refound our early season form at the perfect time of the season

The next month or so of footy will reveal whether this is truly the case or not

But I'll put it out there & say if we can find the formula to consistently produce this kind of performance then not only will we definitely be cheering our team on in Finals Footy for the first time in over half a decade ... but I believe we'll also give this years comp a genuine shake

I won't say Grand Final bound just yet ... but I won't say we are definitely out of contention either

Which is definitely a far better outlook than I've had for the last two weeks ... time will tell

For now I'll just bask in our victory & I will definitely make sure to visit Broncos HQ to see our banner plastered across their header ... bloody beautiful

Ahh the taste of utu is so very very sweet

Jazz tevaga was phenomenal today. He was in everything.

Can’t remember a performance that good from a front rower in a wawas jumper. Paasi was huge.

Also Luke is probably the most important player in this team currently. His form determine how far we go this year

Credit to the pack. They got spanked last week but stood up and got us some front foot ball.

That's the intensity they need every week tho…...a big pack can probably afford to be 5% off their game and still do enough.....we cant.....we need to be 100% every time.

We thought you'd had a lobotomy but turns out you were the only sane one here. Congrats bro, you deserve this win after what they've done to you.

Great win, went back and skimmed the game thread as it was winding down, yous are miserable cu**s (mostly) the warriors are the most predictable team out there, if they are up for the game, and leading at halftime, they'll either win or get very unlucky/be robbed in a loss.

if they are looking disinterested and trailing at halftime, don't even bother watching the second.

Kata gave his young opposite an absolute bath, people still can't stop shitting on him.

Tevaga is dry weather dynamo, did stacks of work, unfortunately on a rainy night in auckland he's not nearly as useful, but great for a game like that.

Only mass injury will keep us out of the 8, cheer the fuck up.

Broncos were very poor. We had some good touches, but I'm not getting carried away. Especially not when you look at our last couple of minutes and the fact that the refs mostly favoured us. This was our best performance in a LONG time, but there were other factors to consider. Melbourne terrify me to be frank.

I'm happy Jazz has been proving me wrong lately. He's had several decent games recently. I wasn't impressed by most of the pack though. Six errors in the first half is really poor. They also had a lot of help from Hiku (who wasn't bad until he fucked it and got himself binned) and the other backs. Satae in particular was really bad - even taking the wrongly called sinbin out of the equation.

I feel slightly better about our season then I did two hours ago, but there is still a LOT to work on. We need to take this game and improve on it a LOT to be ready for Melbourne. I would hope the team will be beyond up for that game considering the embarrassment last time. Getting Maumalo back will be important to our chances - any idea if that's happening or are the Warriors being typically obtuse? We may also have Pulu back in short order, which would be incredible for our go forward.

Also thank christ it wasn't closer so the learned panel of walters, parker and hodges couldn't start barracking for a comeback, walters gave it a "this games not over yet" mate, your team has been awful, try putting the boot into them, like yous do to every other team wombling about at 0-20.
