No Maloney, Cleary, Peachy or RCG.

Mid-season review underway for Penrith which is unheard of for a team sitting in the Top 4.

Penrith are ripe for the picking, we simply cannot afford to lose this game.

The Panthers have some of the best depth in the comp, despite looking weak on paper all season they are sitting top 4. I'm a bit worried about this one, seems like an easy trip up game against an under powered team. No halves certainly helps us and our defense.

With no Harris we lose a bit of strike, he has been Shaun Johnson's go to all season. Hiku will likely move into the right centre spot again, which could mean some even weaker D down Harris' side. Assuming Mannering will slot in, who has looked a bit slow motion this season.

Afoa out hurts our bench rotation, he has been doing nicely this season with leg drive through the line and getting on the front foot. I don't think Satae has anything near the same impact if he steps into this role.

I'm still confident, but cautious. We know what happened last time we were there...

I think I know which one i'd prefer, given Afoa does a lot of grunt work through the middle. But we all know what will happen.

I think I know which one i'd prefer, given Afoa does a lot of grunt work through the middle. But we all know what will happen.

But atleast Libone will be fit, fresh not even the thought of being tired and ready to party at the after match function....

Lisone is a more like for like replacement for Afoa just based on the run it hard through the middle impact off the bench they can bring.

Unfortunately I doubt Lisone has fixed his concrete defensive boots in the last month.

Only hours from being proved wrong by the team naming but.......Kearney mentioned Ligi as part of the answer for the loss of Bunty and Tohu Harris (heard him on Radio sport).

I'm thrilled to hear it. However in typical Kearney form he mentioned Simon as the other half to the solution.

Either way, we don't miss too much with Sao as a straight swap for Bunty, different players, but as you rightly point out that gritty work Ligi does will make our middle third less Sissy than it has been.

Less meters more hurt.

I would say our two Wingers and Centers need step up and counter for the loss of Bunty.

Really hope our back five are fully fit and realise they have to bring this team home to September.

Hope Simon is tidy on the edge for us.
Beale on the bench is meh.

Pretty happy with that team. Our backline at full strength and a decent starting pack. Agreed, Beale on bench could be a waste but could always stick big Ken in the middle and Beale on wing if worst comes to worst.
