The only forward with any go forward and defensive venom is Moeroa.
Mitchell Moses is seriously overrated .I was at a Warriors game at Leichardt Oval about 4 or 5 years ago and in the Under 20's game there was some kid playing at fullback swearing and yelling abuse at his team mates every time any of them made any mistakes.He was well over the top and I said to my son that I never wanted to hear him carrying on like that smart arse.
He later kicked a couple of goals and the ground announcer said his name was Mitchell Moses.I had heard of him previously as he had a bit of a wrap on him even then.
I said to my son that he would have to be careful if he got to first grade as a lot of senior players wouldn't put up with that.............if you listen carefully you can often hear him still carrying on like a pork chop.
He shouts the talk but can't walk the walk,if he is in Freddys Origin team Freddy is as thick as he sounds and the Queensland roll will continue.
Parras spine is seriously deficient.Cameron King is very average,Moses has speed and a good punt but overall isn't polished enough,Gutho is enthusiastic but inconsistent and Norman drifts in and out of games and makes too many mistakes.They appear not to be able to enact the game plan.
As for Brisbane they won but the same can be said for their spine.McCullough is over-rated,Nikorima is utility bench cover,Milford is totally inconsistent and Boyd is on one leg.
Eels will finish last and the best Brisbane can hope for is to sneak into the eight if some others drop their bundle but I think that Manly,Raiders,Knights and possibly the Cowboys will all be going better by years end.

the season is finally starting to settle down. Im looking at the draw and i think i can pick winners for 5 games easily, leaving only manly vs raiders and warriors vs rabbits as the not sure. BTW im picking the panthers over the dragons. And next week the byes start and Origin starts and everything goes back out the window for a month or so. Maybe Origin mid season does have a place, after all it keeps the betting interesting.

Yeah I did. He absolutely should have been penalised for that. He was lucky there was no good camera angle.
SoO, Teddy to FB and turbo Tommy to centre, seems to be a very popular move by the "experts" (sarcasm on some of them). But I like it, cant leave Tom out, and Teddy is clearly a lethal and very good defensive FB.

This could be close, Seagles vs Green Machine, especially with Seagles so decimated injury wise.

This is the NRL things will run smoothly for a couple of other weeks until some other basic mistake happens. I'm picking either some time keeper gets caught up in a game and we have a 94 minute game or a team nearly gets in front in a close game only for the full time siren to go off in the 72nd minute.
