Losing Luke is a blow. We have been overcoming a lot of adversity this year with a bad travel schedule and injuries. Another hurdle to overcome.

We will get to see more of Lawton. Who brought a lot of energy when he came on last week, hopefully some of his service from dummy half was just nerves. Playing longer minutes will hopefully help there as he'll settle into the game. If he goes well we might be able to spell Luke a bit more to keep him fresh and also keep the opposition guessing a bit.

Luke's form has been great but better to have him closer to 100%.

Tevaga couldn't even pass in the dry down in Melbourne, let alone a treacherous Mt. Smart.

Probably wrong, but I'd be happy if they were right and Cook is coming in. At least he's a hooker. I doubt Lawton will be able to go 80.

I'll be beyond fucked off if SK puts Jazz out there for longer than Lawton (or at dummy half for longer than 20 minutes tbh)

Totally agree. Although he should be noted as being one of the best players in the wins, and if he was one of the worst in the storm game, but he wasnt, he played quite well with the little ball we had and to come back to 2 tries each in second half he held his own. There is always a scapegoat and people want Lino not to be succesful. Unfortunately he is and we are bloody lucky with Johnson needing 30-50% off each year with "niggles" that we have such a good homegrown half. And we have another following who I think might be our next big thing. One thing NZ never has lacked on, producing good halves.
