Obvious he has sorted out the supply issues with his drug dealer and there'll be no more dining out with the gang..Well last season he didn't even finish it due to some poor off field decisions; however up until his suspension, and then the start of this year, he's looked as good as any half in the competition.
I do agree with what your thinking hereI think the team lineup is almost secondary. SK is getting the guys to play to a structure first and foremost.
In both the last two games they have been in a position to win both. Which when you consider is a vast improvement on the previous years.
It is a team game so one player cannot transform performance by stature alone, he can't take every tackle.
But don't you think it would be a contradiction if Shaun Johnson played to his full ability. I believe SK has dumbed the team down in order to learn/master the fundamentals, the way he wants them to play starts with the basics then capitalises on the percentages. Shaun Johnson is better than you've given him credit for and would only undermine the lessons the team need to learn if he played as we and SK know he can..The closest will be Foran with his organising and hard nosed attitude. That is the area which Shaun Johnson alacks for all his other qualities.
Pfff, I bet we could drag him down to our level within a monthI'd be more than happy replacing Foran with Norman, now there's an elite half!
He can't tackle. Off the top of my head I can nominate both games against the Raiders last year where his awful defence was exposed. There were plenty of other examples, the Broncos owned him in I think round 3 of last year. He can pass to his winger however I reckon that's about all he has going for him. Warriors are now the third club to work this out.I asked what he had done wrong. He hasn't dropped any balls, missed many tackles, dropped any clangers, missed marking his man. He is a very consistent and intelligent player. Give me some stats to show he is rubbish at NRL level. The only thing he isn't is a Polynesian frame close to the line. If he is being left out because of that one has to consider the price of consistency against physicality.
Don't worry too much about my views, I get things wrong plenty of times - you should see me do my day job! I genuinely hope that if Foran does get on the field that he blitzes it every game he plays for us. I'm completely over the Warriors being a joke.Wow Kieran Foran named as a possible starter for the Warriors, and so many fans are unhappy that other Plebs get a run ( MR Brownstone excluded he's unhappy about Foran specifically,, I hope he's wrong, however his reasoning is sound).
My....how odd a creature doth Warrior fan make.
Our team is so shit that when a Superstar Like KF is in the conversation, it is still possible to be disgruntled by other players naming.
I get why.
We are the Cuckold betrayed Lover of the Warrior faith.
We have given them understanding, we have made excuses for them, we have rationalized what greatness they are capable of.
To me it seems totally bizarre that Forans return by virtue of being a Warrior....is so weakly received.
I guarantee you that were he running out for any other club this year in his return.....all eyes would be on him.
I guess you also have to factor in the Warriors History of signing the odd big name here and there....and often times they fail to meet expectation.
Personally I believe Foran is the litmus paper....which is why I am delighted he may play in this game for a spell.
This game is the most pressurized baptism of fire you could wish upon a player joining the Warriors by virtue of the Dragons being the hardest game we ever play....and coming in cold in the early rounds....for the Warriors.... Is certain Suicide.
There is almost no way we win this game right ?
Welcome to Mission impossible KF..
Very happy if I get to see what he can do in a unsolvable scenario when he is at his most Vulnerable.
That shit tells you a lot about an individual....irrespective of the final result.

I expect to lose.I somehow got a good feeling about the game now!
Same here.Honestly I don't even care if he does too much, I don't expect him to single handedly win the game. I'm just happy he's there, relieved almost - I hope he plays.
Yea Woolongong is a tough place to win for any team let alone us being the Dragons bunnies. I have been there to see us be the better team but somehow lose. Their forwards look big, inform, mobile whilst playing with determination.I expect to lose.
Forans return is just good news for our game here and our season.
Do you have some stats to back that up? In his games last season that I checked his missed tackle count compared favourably with the others. He can't tackle.
