Looks like same old same old, but if they can't get up and put in a massive effort for Mannering then there's probably nothing that will motivate them.

Refer back to the game they played in Nelson where Mannering took the captains armband for one final time last year. That performance and result should give a good indication of how much the players play for each other.

Isn't Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad recently back from injury? What makes u think that one game of good play equals a FG appearance? I know people want him out there, or more dont want Lolo, but one game at his age doesnt equal a FG contract. Thats the mistake that the warriors have been making for years.

Its even worse when you pick 8 guys on the bench , then trim it to 4 on the bench come gameday.....and only use 3 ?
Find it really quite disheartening that SK is only going to use his same team week in week out, All the bullshit that people have to fight for their spot as others are breathing down on them ? Hope they get fucking thrashed this weekend to see what his next crap excuse will be.

Awesome news ! For me Kieran Foran is only thing that's keeping dream alive, so if he has been cleared to play I can't wait to see what he will do in the halves with Johnson. Hopefully with Kieran Foran now controlling ball more instead of just Shaun Johnson he can free up some space for him to score more and run some more creative attacking plays. Dude, I know I am asking a lot out of one player but I really hope Kieran Foran inclusion into our side is what will finally turn our season around so I am really hoping that rumours are true and he is cleared to play. Let's go NZ Warriors !

The forwards have to get some momentum otherwise Foran will struggle. Just look how quiet JT was last weekend against Manly. We need some tough and rough energy from the team as a whole.

how do you drop Lolohea, then put him in at fullback, then back in at wing. Tui hasn't performed either drop him to NSW cup or stick with him. None of this could be, may be shit.

I know they seem to want to keep fusitua at centre but him +LOLohea < Blake +Fusitua

Ive been thinking about this alot. and i wonder if it comes down to SK is choosing the best 2 wings that he thinks he has. He was willing to stand down Lolo, when Manu was coming back. But without him Lolo gets to play.

Given that we have never seen Lolo and Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad side by side competing in the same comp its fair to say that the only person who has been able to compare them is SK. Now im not saying hes right, but what if we put Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad out there and hes worse, we kill his chances of developing into the player we all hope he will be (maybe even this year). Sometimes you gotta stick with a draft mule while you allow your foal to grow, but foals grow fast.

You're probably right but 3 below par games don't warrant a 4th straight selection. In saying that, CNKs form has picked up from where it left off last season. What's more disappointing is that SK is showing too much faith to the "ol faithful" rather than having the balls to draw the line in expected standards and reward those from the winning ISP Cup team.
