I'm sure Sam enjoyed the kickboxing that he Manu, Charlie and Ligi were at last night. Completely irrelevant but perception is a funny thing.

If he wants time off for this weekend game (the week before a bye) that's fine. I assume he asked Kearney and it got approved so no issue. If Bunty has a ripper of a game then Sam may find himself back in reserve grade for weeks trying to get his way back in the first grade squad. That's the risk he is taking by opting to got a wedding instead of playing.

End of the day we don't have him tonight. That means one thing... a few less brainless penalties given away!

100%. As a fringe 1st grader it's a huge risk to take. Sure family comes first, but unless his family is paying his bills, you also have to put yourself first.

In the NRL, small things like this could end up costing you 100's of thousands of dollars in the long run.

maybe, and maybe family is more important to some people than money. And conversely the opposite is true of some people. At the end of the day it is Sams and the club's decision.

I doubt it. Sam will be supporting the extended family financially. He might even be helping pay for the wedding. I hope Bunty has an absolute blinder, I really do.

Well just watched the reply, and i was wrong.

When we were up 16 zip I was like DAM, but of course how stupid of me to once again get sucked in LOL.

Overall Ok game IMO, as I really did feel we would get smashed by 30.
Roger Tuivasa-Sheck just simply cant tackle. Great player and has a fantastic pass on him, but man he cant tackle for shit.
Our young winger has a bright future, and so does our number 9.
