Blake Austin your kidding, the Raiders fans want to string him up reckon he's all show no go.
That butchered pass with Leilua is support was pretty dumb.
Nah mate, but i flew business class from Tokyo to London once with Virgin. 11 hrs. Business class lounge was sweet. Even had a barber shop for a nice shave and shoulder massage for free?! theres also express checkin and checkout at immigration (no queing!) and i had a chauffeur pick me up from the airport to the hotel. It was bliss. Celebrity treatment. Oh and did i forget to mention your seat folds out into a bed if you want to take a nap???!! Travel in style... ah thats the life...what was your question again????

Maybe it is just me, but flying anywhere sucks. All the lounges do is make it more bearable.

The flight is dehydrating, the sleep is shite no matter what the seats fold into, and that depends on the plane. I flew business class to Australia recently and the leg room sucked big time, heyzeuss knows what cattle class was like, and that was Qantas.

Flying is one complaint I would let the Warriors go with, no question at all.

I remember when going long haul was a big thrill, that was before I caught the plane, never been the same since, just a bloody pain in the butt. My longest haul was 26 hours. I was a zombie for days afterwards.

There's lots of players who 'played okay in a losing effort'.
At this level you only need one player with that attitude and the smart attacks will figure them out. Unfortunately when a poor performance comes down on the whole team the honest players end up copping it as well. That is SK's dilemma and I hope he is being well paid to sort it, because it isn't over yet, although the season sure is.

Maybe the warriors management need to ask the Breakers for some tips on how to travel to Perth and win, they do it with bigger players and shorter turnarounds and still win on a regular basis.
I believe they were doing this when Elliott was the coach. There was some articles around that time that the club was meeting with the Breakers on how they approach travelling to Perth.

We need to sort this hoodoo out soon. At some point there will be another Perth team in the comp and with our luck the NRL will schedule us to play an away game in Perth in round 26.

6 years of shit - the pattern of us picking up wins through origin then dropping ass in last 6 rounds speaks for itself, this year we have best Warriors team
On paper and we still suck, "keep the faith" supporters like yourself do the club no favours, hence why the standards and professionalism are the worst in the Comp, hence why we will miss the 8 this year, hence why you are an idiot full stop
So its the "keep the faith supporters" fault now..you do personal attacks very well...keyboard must get a hammering when your not sitting at the pub being the local know it all who is a has been never been. Its ok i wont take it personal..take time out to chill out...stress is a killer..ok spud

I believe the Breakers approach was to arrive as close to the game as possible, then leave as soon as possible after.

Late to the comments what with work and all, but for what it's worth...

Thought we competed well, were well in it against what are clearly a top 8 team. Sure, defence let us down - and apart from the specific try-defence lapses we're also back with that static defensive line tactic, which is hopeless - but there was very little in it.

Fine performance by Shaun Johnson, big improvement from Bodene, usual top performance from Simon, good hands played by Roache, Maumalo, Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, Gavet, Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad.

Can we make the 8? I reckon places 7 and 8 are still up for grabs - maybe only 8, but could be both. Way I see it, we need to clock the Knights and Tigers (which would take care of the points difference, which actually isn't as big an anchor round our necks as it has been some years), and win 3 other games, most likely Panthers, Raiders, Rabbitohs, who are all in the same crush through the door. I'm assuming we won't win against the Cowboys, Sharks, or the return match against Manly. With the bye, we'd be on 28. Could be. And let's face it, you can't be a Warriors fan without a bottomless supply of optimism.

Though getting any further than the first week looks fanciful, even to me. Look at how the Storm, Sharks and Cowboys went over the weekend, all against good opposition, and you're left with the feeling there's a gap between the top 3 or 4 and everyone else.

I was actually happy with the teams performance but we were let down by our greenhorns.

Bunty Afoa in particular had a shocker on defence. Tom Trbojevic's try was one of the worse cases of planting and ball watching I have ever seen. The whole Warriors defence line was moving bar Bunty. Absolutely shocking. IMO he looked fatigued and should have been subbed a long time before he was. IMO you need to rely more on experience in those situations. Ligi Sao should have played that role.

Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad was also caught out of position badly.

Both players have a good future ahead of themselves IMO but mistakes at this level will almost certainly get punished.

Have to laugh at comments about Shaun Johnson going missing. My humble opinion is that he probably played the his best game this year. It was up there with his Round 12 performance against the Broncos. People either didn't watch the game or watched it with their 'Shaun Johnson is a cu**' glasses on.

The fact is we didn't lose because we scored 22 points. We lost because our defence couldn't stop 26 points being scored. At least 3 tries were because of Bunty and Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad...

Shaun Johnson almost won at the death - where were his inside runners????????

I suppose I'm taking the loss to heart but I felt there were slot of nothing sets. He has the ability to change a set if he got more involved.

You mean like that one at the end where he got us 90m down the field with just two kicks when everyone was gassed? or the one after that where he broke through the line after taking mutt's offload?

'Nothing sets' come down to the collective, not just the 7. you can put those down to a struggling pack, outside backs failing to get involved, lack of creativity out of dummy half, pretty much anything.

Johnson played well all game and then stood up and took those big moments when he needed to, that's all you can ask for.
