I don't think Jennings is playing - still have Takarangi and Auvau'a in the centres - not a bad combo still.Thought Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad has done enough to keep his spot and Kata needs to earn his back. For mine Kata has been below average all year.
The reason must be that Kearney and co, are concerned about the attacking threat of Jennings and Semi. Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad and Fusi were badly exposed by the Dragons and with playing away expect the Eels to have more possession than the Broncos did last week.
The Taka/Semi combination is more dangerous as Jennings is prone to have Kataitis and looks to run rather than pass.I don't think Jennings is playing - still have Takarangi and Auvau'a in the centres - not a bad combo still.
He does deserve his spot.I watched Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad catch a bomb from behind right in front of me, spin and beat five players.
Beat the first man almost every run.
A shame about dropping the ball over the line but was still a top effort.
Thought he deserved his spot
How exactly does one lose their spot in a Kearney team? According to him if a try is scored on your side or via a defensive lapse, its due to have originated far further infield. That explains why Bodene will not get dropped. If we win itll be the same team next week. If we lose, itll be the same team next week as the 'players showed they can get the job done when following the process' two/five weeks ago. Little accountability in that.Kata didn't lose his spot. He got injured
Nz Herald bro. Fact checking is optional.Um, did i miss something......................
Warriors looking to build on success

Captain Ryan Hoffman is confident his team can build on last week's win and take some momentum into Friday's game.........![]()
I don't think Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad did anything wrong, it is just that SK has plenty of backs to choose from, nice problem to have, if only the forwards were as difficult.Bit harsh for Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad but one things for sure, everyone on the backline will be on notice. Heres hoping Mooks has given him a clear list of things to work on in ISP...
Bodene's defence was very sound last week. In this side that counts for a lot. As for his go forward, that is why Ken keeps getting picked, Mannering makes the tackles, Ken makes the yardsBodene Thompson in again...
Weakest link in an already shit forward pack. Get rid of him.
Unlucky for Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad but Maumalo had a blinder last week, he even picked up a Dally M point.
They looked off and Semi especially was quiet. Looks to have his confidence back now though. Have nightmares about him carving us up all over the field...I thought the eels were pretty ordinary when they came to Mt Smart 6 weeks ago. Michael Jennings being out is good, he was dangerous.
They looked off and Semi especially was quiet.
Dont know what Kearney sees in Kata worth rushing back into first grade. He hasnt been good in a long time - pre-Kearney.
Did I hear them say say Maumalo has only scored 5 tries? We should have Kept Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad then.
