Any chance of asking Doyle to answer some fan questions on the site? Maybe have fans submit questions, the mods choose appropriate ones and Doyle answers them? Would seem like a win for the site and some goodwill for the Warriors which they certainly need!

Moving forward, I just don't see any points from this bunch. Maybe Kata if he gets good ball, maybe the forwards can create some momentum, maybe Shauny J will quit shuffling passes and decide to run, but if they didn't score against the Storm with a more potent line-up, how are they going to score? Forget the defense for a second, which ironically is improved from last week, but if you never score, you can never win.

Anyone else scared at how badly Packer is going to bend over our forward pack?

Forward pack missing Mannering, Thompson, Matulino, Vete, Lisone, and up against Gavet, Gubb, Lane, Palavi, Lousi, Sipley...

And our outside backs missing Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, Lolohea, Manu, Hurrell...

A lot of experience and impact missing.

I watched the Titans vs Dragons game live.
Packer looked fat and unfit. Not too worried.

We didn't score against the Storm because our attitude was piss poor and we played like marshmallows.

We still have players who can create and score, just need the right atttiude.

Actually, dropping these players and reasons around it gives me a reason to watch the game.

It has restored some faith in what the club is trying to achieve.

I'd be shipping manu of the ESL, sooner rather than later. He must have some clauses in his contract about behavior.

Hurrell can fuck right off as well. Give him the release he wants so the NRL can ban him in a few years after being caught doing naughty things on the Gold Coast.

Matalino can go and join his "bro" at the Dragons as well...

1. Nightclub report, i.e. did all the guys get home on time.
2. How many of the team that Cappy has chosen support him
3. How many players will arrive late for the game
4. How many players will arrive sober for the game

To be honest it's not a bad lineup, Lousi and palavi are playing for their careers and excited to see sipley and lane have a run. You learn courage through adversity and if we win this weekend it will be a big boost to the lads and Cappy and will put the six on notice.

I'm curious to see if this team wins on Monday, and somehow ticks all the boxes, does he maintain the team, or bring the guys back?

Can you imagine if he continued to maintain a winning team while those blokes were in reserve grade watching. That'd sting.

I've been wanting to post a big post for the last couple of days, but I wanted to read everyone's posts first. And now that I've finally caught up I'm almost speechless.

But lucky for all my three fans out there I'm not.

So here goes.

Manu has been a terrible player his whole career. Put his skills in Michael Jennings body and he'd be a shit reserve grade player struggling to get the call up from Fox. Physical talent is something you're born with, not something to be emulated. But fuck me what a talent tho a. Any player who looks up to Manu for advice is doing them self no favors IMO.

Konrad Hurrell is a muppet. Jim Henson would have loved having his hand up Konrads working parts. How he failed as a first grade player is the stuff of legend. 26 now and all I can say is look at how Blake Furgusons new club is traveling. Poison comes in many forms.

Mutts, I know I'm not supposed to call him that, but fuck it. He's the real disappointment for me. A really great player who just never got the guys around him that could have lead him to the top. Packer knew how to get Matulino beating the world. But now he's stuck with these morons. If he goes to another club I'll still follow him and hope he goes well.

The other guys will get the wet bus ticket treatment for sure.

One thing that I now believe is this. There is a core of players who want to kick ass for the club and they are finally getting the backing from the top that they deserve.

I'd like a new checklist for players at the club.

First question:

Do you want a premiership ring?

So cappy has finally shown us his balls. Or are they Doyles? We all knew he had them. But now we really know.

Cappy is getting the royal treatment from JD. No other coach in the NRL gets better service from their CEO. None has in the past, and probably none ever will again. What's Cappy going to do with this? Is he going to learn how to love his players the way JD does? Only time will tell.


And finally, JD. What a colossus. Drops Manu, Hurrell (who was already dropped, so he got double dropped (shove that on your twitter feed Ko-nads)) Mutts, Thompson and the other two. Amazing.

Times they are a changing.
