Tevaga and Palavi really held the middle together in the absence of Mannering, Palavi is bigger than when I last saw him he's got a terrific tackle technique and nearly always gets his man on his back for a slow play the ball. He's moved up a lot in my estimation, he's always on point and that comes from being a smart dude. Front rowers traditionally develop late and he could be a good one for us.
What do you do with
Tevaga? he's not mean't to be playing this well, he was picked up by the Warriors in some "try your luck trial" and now he's pushing for a permanent place. We know Luke is a champion and he'll find his form at some stage this year so it's a real conundrum.
If I was McFadden I'd keep persevering with Sipley in first grade, he's green as green but he's got the size and power we need from the bench, I'm excited to see more of him.
