Tui had a shocker, but he wasn't alone. His teammates put no pressure on some of those Reynolds kicks & his forwards got monstered and gave Souths plenty of ammo with silly penalties. His positioning and defense has always been suspect at fullback. Not surprised, but feel genuinely sorry for the kid. He can be a good player but looked like a headless chook tonight.

All his confidence will be gone and cant see him playing much of a role unless it's from the bench for the remaining games of the season.

I'm not even mad... about losing, the result tonight was totally predictable, its following the warriors script to a tee, warriors coming off a good win, red hot favorites, playing a cellar dweller team in the bunnies.... but the astute league follower would have seen the danger signs, like the bunnies taking it to the storm and getting their key players back from injury and starting to get some form ... and some pretty crap calls from the refs but that is just par for the course.

Pretty dissapointed with Tui and Mamalo I would be fine if I never saw Mamalo is first grade again and I never want to see Tui at FB

Bunnies had done their homework on us and watched last weeks tape. Simple game plan, run up some metres, get field position and kick in behind. Our fullback is at the shops buying sweets and our two wingers turn like the USS Enterprise (Not the Star Trek version.) Easy as.

We looked flat, maybe the toll of all those 90 min games is catching up. Thought Hoffman tried very hard along with Simon and the 2 x rookies along with the Fusitua and Kata.

Another lot of dubious calls IMO, not that it really affected the result but it is annoying, especially the time in the tackle.

Anyway, onto next week.
What they would have identified from last week was the Warriors outside backs charging out of the line. The wingers are in a no win situation and if a couple of those passes had stuck last week for the Titans we may not have won. Hayne was creating overlaps, and our guys were all charging out to shut down the play by the end of that game.

They tried it this week but the halfback was onto it

Yep, I think it is more than confidence he lacks. Greg Inglis showed how to cope with a rolling ball with a monster running at you tonight.

There is absolutely no point having him on the bench, picking him there would just be more proof McFadden is clueless.

Choose either Ken or Manu not both
Bring on another forward instead of having an outside back on the bench

Oh and good luck with the Tui situation, got potential but at this stage it is just potential. We are stuffing his development. Clearly not a fullback or winger. Center or 6 please, but will have to wait to next year.
