Gee... That Field Goal practice we talked about months ago really would have been useful the past month...

The ratsarse thing about that set was that the setup went ok. It went Maumalo hitup (6m). Tui hitup (6m). Jazz hitup (12m). Then the Hoffinator made good metres too, and all in the middle third of the field.

The problem as I saw it was that Manly did a good job of slowing Hoff down in the tackle. Then Shaun Johnson was charged down.

Yeah we had another tackle but not the composure to use it.

Hmm, after watching it again I'd say it's the dummy half that messed up and sent it to the wrong player. Tommy was standing directly behind Lisone so he was probably expecting to get the ball and have Sam block for him.

Sounds like he's saying that some players were offside on a field goal attempt and that the refs should have penalised them, but he's not saying who's attempt.

There should have been a penalty blown for offside for one of the drop goal attempts. My take from that the Warriors should have go a penalty, the refs will probably start blowing penalties for off sides when sides go for drop goals during golden point now. So expect the Warriors to go to golden point in a few weeks lose due to being penalised due to being offside trying to charge down a drop goal attempt.

We will all get pissed similar to the emphasis on professional fouls and the sin bin which was kicked off by an incident affecting the Warriors. Like that eventually it will come back around and we'll be the ones punished. NRL 101, or just the frustrating life of a Warriors fan.

Using the All Blacks theory I have named four wingers on the bench.

Manly have been crap at the start of the season the last two years. Last year they improved towards the end of the year and went on a run to challenge for a semi finals spot. This year could follow the same pattern if they get a few more wins.

So how long until they get tagged with the Manly only play well around the Origin period?

For some reason even if it happened for the next 2-3 years that would still be reserved for the Warriors.
