Sorry for the delay. Didnt even realise there was a game yesterday.

A lot of fans saying that the Rabbitohs got a free ride from the refs. Anyone watch it agree?

Broncos are pummeling the Dragons... keeping them to nil and racking up tries against a team that sodomized us.

How shit are we then?

exactly the same thing i was thinking. They are making it look easy. This pushes the dragons out of the 8, where do we deserve to be then?

Watching the Dragons go down on the broncos and it's pretty obvious that our guys threw that game last week...

There's no way we should have gotten the mauling we did...

watching the broncos tackle the drags to a stop time and time again. Seriously what were the warriors doing after half time?
and on typing that the drags score their first try after 70 mins

We would probably beat the Broncos if we were playing them in the rest of the draw. They're like the Storm to us. We seem to lift for certain games (Clubs) and stay in bed for others. Such is life at the worriers

Adam Blair was not the best defender for a forward at one stage of his career.
But wow, was a tackle machine last night.
He was great.

Use to go to Brisbane every year to visit my wife's sister. We use to try and get to a Broncos game or two if possible. Fantastic ground to watch a game, great facilities which are easy to get too and it was a pretty easy ground to get to via train or bus. We got home from one Friday night game so quick the game was still playing on Channel 9.

Can't wait for my kids to be old enough to travel so we can head over there again.

Hate to bring up the stadium debate again but when we were debating upgrading Eden Park or a new stadium based off the Suncorp design. Long term we royally screwed up.

That ground would be the best in the comp; playing at that ground every week must be awesome for their team. Then they get the best crowds and with their weather it must be an attraction too turn up every week.

He's an odd player. Lends weight to theory about having the right coach. We was utter crap at the Tigers but under Craig Bellamy and Wayne Bennett he has been a solid toiler.

Love watching the Broncos. Bennett has largely gotten rid of the wrestle. Instead you see the first Broncos defender going in aggressively with the shoulder while the 2nd defender takes care of the ball or sweeps the leg. Outside of the middle they hardly use more than 2 players in a tackle...

Storms defence is rock solid. Regarding the leadership discussion, I could see Cam Smith explaining what his team needed to be doing, you could see him gesticulating, showing different movements, that's what the Warriors need.

Storm don't look like they are missing Slater at all.

edit: Cam Smith is the Richie McCaw of league

The Storm look like they have largely eliminated the wrestle aswell though they seem to have a different strategy, tonight they are throwing 3 players at the tackle, all 3 bodies end up on the attacker and they get off one at a time, by the time all are off their line is set. They seem fit as hell, lines always set, defence always solid, always willing tacklers and runners

That was supposed to be cracked down on by the refs at the start of the year, all get off at once. The roosters do it as well, Hargreaves has almost fallen asleep by the time he gets off as the last man. Their defence is great too.
