I'd be one of his biggest fans due to his speed... But I'd be astounded if they kept him around any longer. He had his chance against Manly to show his skills and was badly shown up. Funnily enough he is on the injured list again - due back next week apparently.

I really don't see lolohea as a 5/8 think he would be more suited as a utility like hohaia, he just seems to young and vulnerable his confidence levels must be at a low, poor kid has had/created no opportunitys.. We should have fish at fullback tomkins in halfs, it's a no brainer.. Cappy lacks imagination and it's showing on the field, he really has made some terrible decisions this year, yes injuries have hurt us but he hasn't had the balls to take risks when needed. Also could be a case of the players that have been told it's over thinking f.u warriors

Fish is currently injured so that won't work. This is the key issue... So many fricken injuries really limits options unless you want to see some Auckland club players thrown into the mix...

Far too early to tell what sort of half Lolohea may make. I think it largely depends on what type of half he's partnered with and what the structure is. He's not going to be the organising/take charge type I don't think. One thing that has stood out to me though is his support play. Would say he could be one of the best support players we have if he isn't already considering how our support play is quite lacking at times.

Actually, I was just thinking of sending mine down to Warriors HQ with enough postage for them to return it to me when they think they deserve a fan wearing their jersey again.
Straight after our match, I watched the Rooster v Eels... the try that JWH scored made me envious; I don't think any of our players have showed that amount of desperation and determination in the last four games, let alone in a single run.

One thing that stood out to me frm the game was that Maumalo really needs to be taught how to pass the ball from dummy half. Every time it was a slow loopy pass above the head of the player standing a few metres away which gave the panthers plenty of time to get of their line and pressure the playmakers. Goes for a few other players too. Commentators were asking why it took 3 passes before someone kicked the ball and this was part of the reason.

His passing is absolutely atrocious. Can pass at short range or pop an offload (as a back rower should), but anything with a bit of distance and the guy just can't do it.

To be fair, when you're the size he is it's probably been a case of catch and run for most of his juniors days and little else required.
