Only temporary at this stage of the round, but it's still pretty cool.....

Probably Johnson for MOM as he more than likely won the game with that brilliance - thought Bodene Thompson and Mannering (as usual) were very good. Mention to Nathan Friend who gets 9 out of 10 for difficulty with his gymnastics! LOL

Missed first 20mins watching UFC... but damn what a game, Try of the year, Johnson is on another planet with his skill set, and big ups to Jono Wright man he was solid

Epic afternoon of sport, need to take 5 and watch the Warriors game again in full

thinking he may be better than Hurrell? different styles.
I think Fusitua has improved even more since his initial stint in first grade. The amount of improvement has been compelling. His form says to me he wants to own his spot. But more importantly Hurrell's injuries have slowed his growth.

His impact versus mistakes balance hasn't been good. I'm not saying he's not good enough. It's that, at some point you have to evaluate whether Hurrell's potential for destruction yet lapses in defence are worth waiting for when injured so much. He takes a while to recover and if he has a weight blowout as well we might only see him half a season.

Whereas Fusitua looks rock solid in defence and his attack has gone to another level again (last year I was doubting his pace but he's shown that with injuries aside he is very quick).

On form Fusitua gets the nod IMO.

Manu Who?
Unfortunately you don't pick wingers to defend all day. At some point they're supposed to score tries. So while you cheer on the people's champ, just remember his lack of attack puts pressure on others to attack more.

Defences love knowing they don't have to worry about one side.

that has to be one of the best games I have seen for a very very long time. The result just added to it. So much to be waed by in that game. Well done both teams for contributing to a fantastic game of league. WOW, just WOW

Lolohea showing why he needs to be our full time winger.

Fusitua has to keep Hurrell out of first grade on that performance...his defensive combination with Lolo already looks good and will only get better.

Kata seems to be struggling of late which isn't unusual for a rookie, charging out of the line is getting to be a bit of a habit for him...maybe a Hurrell/Wright combo wouldn't hurt.

Our left winger saving four tries in one game!!?? dont think we've had four saved tries from a Warriors left winger in the last 5 years combined.

Muts had a dog of a game handling wise, some poor decisions in our half... still a good go forward game though.

Lousi is dead weight.

Havili is dead weight.

A few too many errors, but not ridiculously so, but incredibly i felt confident when we were defending our line which is an uncommon feeling watching the Warriors.

Now that my heart has settled down a little (couple of Brandy's medicinal of course) what a game, Warriors of old spinning the ball left right and centre. Friend is awesome, badly hurt after five minutes and carried that sore shoulder through the game. Bodene and Shaun Johnson hard to separate as MOM but great to see Shaun Johnson backing himself.
Lillyman backed up great and Jonno Right with those try saving tackles.
Foo See Two A honourable mention and Sammy is the catalyst.
