IMO its well worth it for movies/series apps. Far too unreliable for live sport. Can take an age to find coverage especially league if the Aussie channels are playing up. Every other nation bar the odd UK sport channels do not show league...

I have just signed up for the 14 day trial, on the pc the pictures are great but to send it to the tv i need to buy chormecast it's about $99 here in oz,

My house is under contract and we're looking for a new place while settlement goes through, but hopefully that is sorted before the season starts as I'll be buying a new TV and hooking up Kayo.

I left Foxtel years ago because outside sports I only regularly watched 5 of the available 40 other channels I was forced to buy just to access sport.

Looking forward to seeing how this goes. Between Kayo, Netflix and Hulu I won't have need for normal TV again.

Just letting people know that I have just signed up to Foxtell Now. $54.00 per month up from 40 last year. The image quality is as good as I have ever seen and I cast it to my TV. No fixed length contract.

However this will probably be my last year with Foxtell. I'll cancel again once the season is over

You might be paying too much.

I pay 49 for foxtel (basic + sports and entertainment (that contains kardashians (for the missus))

TBH Kayo is a far better option for you. its 25 a month.
