I’m really 50/50 on this right now.

Having read what this guy did. The ethics and values in me says no way.

But the hunger for us to win ,says we need him, so bite the bullet and sign him up?!!!!

A lot to learn in life, but it’s the lack of remorse that really bothers me.

He clearly isn’t in a long term relationship or has kids or knows much about family values.

Those of you with young family will know what I mean. They are your world and treasure. To have someone break into your house at night, in rage and no doubt threatening death, in front of your young child and wife is everyone’s worst nightmare.

How would Warrior players with young kids feel about having someone in their squad with that history. And again, a lack of remorse for the victim. I would very bothered by it.

Matt has been sober for a period of time now. It's one of the biggest things he will ever do, and keep on doing in his life. A program showed him now spending some of his time doing volunteer work with the disadvantaged.

If alcoholism is no different to substance abuse or addiction, then it’s not a sacrifice you are making but an achievement on improving your quality of life.

To me, sacrifice is giving up something that is important and dear to you. Or giving up pleasure and luxury for something less in life.

I used to smoke back in the day. Nothing like a good ciggy to calm the nerves. Had to give that up when I met my wife. I guess that’s a sacrifice, but hardly anything to justify what I got in return.

mate, I’ve been stupidly moody today and the Warriors performance hasn’t helped.
