Do people understand that he literally has no choice but to name Kosi. Due to all of the injuries in the backs they have a dispensation for Kosi to playWell his plan was fucking trash. He named Kosi who almost lost us the game last week. He named Chanel Harris-Tavita for no fucking reason. Injecting Walsh was an abject failure.
He named the team. He shoulders the fucking blame as much as the players. Do you honestly think the Storm would be any better than us if they were using Warriors/Brown systems? Fuck no. They could have the exact same cattle and they would still be trash because Brown is a trash coach that never should have been hired.
He needed to extend his arms and try and push him out, he tried to make shoulder contact by the time his shoulder gets to the body of Saab he is nearly putting the ball down.Ken was keeping his body in the way of the player with the ball but ready to commit to the winger.
If he goes further out then the other dude scores.
For once not just Kens fault, whole teams fault.
Honestly might of just cost his future at this club after that one. Given how fickle POS can be.Currans next contract now in free fall.
Not trying to say they haven’t - you’re not wrong.Bro, if you read through the thread, Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, Kosi, Evan's, Nikorima, Pompey, Egan, Big Ken, have all had their share of the blame.
Chanel Harris-Tavita is the incumbent, like it or not.
Walsh - yes he’s shown some brilliance but the plan was never for him to come in straight away and play every game - only 18 years old and underdone.
Today we’re seeing a team who have planned for Walsh. Shut him down.
Kosi - who else is there? Montoya, Aitken, Fusitua, Hiku all injured. Hayze is gone - and even if we could’ve used Turner he’s out for the season also.
This team did well last week - but again like this week. 2nd half collapse. Lost momentum and no chance to swing it back.
Walsh or not.
Put it into perspective guys! This isn’t near our strongest team either. No Addin Fonua-Blake. No Ben Murdoch-Masila. 2 boys who can shift momentum on their own.
Yet we still should be winning these games - but the players, whether it’s lack of experience or loss of quality, just can’t get it right.
Browns doing what he can. But I get it - after years of SK it’s easy to blame the man in charge after dark times.
