Doyle to retire at the end of the season. Replaced by Cameron George an Aussie admin currently working for the club.
Raelene Castle is on the market and the club will want league knowledge in the office. If the rumours about JD are correct then the decision has already been made and will have nothing to do with how the team is or has been playing and probably preceded the signing of Cameron George. I wonder who will buy his shares? It's a rumour Jimi, nothing confirmed. He has been pretty silent recently, and the team has been struggling. As long as he retires on is own terms, instead of because the Warriors are playing like shit.. Hoping he sticks out another season at least personally.
why would his shares be for sale?Raelene Castle is on the market and the club will want league knowledge in the office. What about Raelene Castle, with JD as managing director with oversight of football operations? I cannot see her going to the ARU. That is a poisoned chalice if ever there was. Castle and JD seem to be on very good terms.Lol, in no way shape or form is Cameron George ready to become CEO of the Warriors in 2018!
In three of four year's time maybe. And that's a maybe. In his final Trackside interview, he spoke of wanting to learn from Doyle in a 2IC role.
He's an ambitious guy that might think he's ready but the reality is he is at least a few years away. If he is CEO next year we're in all sorts

It will be about business, I guess there is a space to watch.Well they SMS each other after midnight we know that much![]()
Sweet nothings about dfucking him over and breaking our hearts lolIt will be about business, I guess there is a space to watch.
I agree with all of that. He doesn't seem a quitter to me but the rumours are not just from playdaball, even if that really is Dale Budge.Wont lie. I'd be devastated if Jim Doyle left. One because he is as good as it gets when talking about sports administration in Australasia and two because Id see it as a cop out. As far as I'm concerned his job isnt done. Should Stephen Kearney turn out like the last 4 coaches it would only be right but whilst his hand picked coach is still at the wheel Doyle needs to remain at the helm.
Notwithstanding any personal issues he may have...

Hence Raelene Castle?Agree 100%.
Only heresay at this point and the other chap is brought on as a COO ehich isn't always the best source of CEOs, in fact balanced well they're typically driven by different aspects of the business and don't often transition well.
Worry about smoke when I see a spark (which I acknowledge will probably see me engulfed in flames......).
I would sense more likely Raelene if you saw smoke yes.Hence Raelene Castle?
If one was to listen to Dale Budge and Chris Rattue that might be correct. PTB seems sure he is going but to who knows where. I cannot see JD as the type who would leave a job unfinished so the story may be more complicated. What does it say about the Warrior problem if the best administrator we've had, the most personally invested, the most influential in signing and recruitment admits they don't have anymore answers to the problem....
