How do I go back to the proper looking site? Have been stuck in ugly mode since last season…because of the tipping competitions. That can be my area for improvemen, being able to participate in the competitions and have a nice looking site 😜

I'll fix that up for you! Sorry I forgot to change the layout back for people who had issues with the site for tipping. Will try to correct it for you guys before next season.
If there are others who are stuck on ugly mode who want to revert back can you please message me?

Am I right in assuming that isn’t an option in iOS? Can’t see either of the two options?

It's very limited in IOS. You can use the share button in IOS to install/add to home screen. In IOS it is essentially just a mobile view that you would see on a mobile browser anyway. IOS does not support push notifications etc and may never do.

I can't find the same app install link in the menu when browsing the forum from an iOS device - Safari browser, iPhone 13 Pro v15.3 I had thought PWA was finally supported with this combo. Any ideas?

On mobile view on iOS there used to be a little notification to the left of a thread title if there was a new post in a thread that "you" hadn't seen yet, which I believe disappeared a year or so ago (can't remember exactly). I think you are referring to the "latest post" section on the front page and it had "new" next to the thread title if there were unread posts right?
If so, yes that was taken out as we were using something that was quite performance degrading. From memory the thread titles were being cut-off by having that "new" in there but I can definitely look at bringing that unread posts indicator in some form for next season. Thanks for reminding me!
BTW this change impacted all platforms(IOS/Android/Desktop/Tablet)

Warriors updates all done so now time to move onto my next project. Was going back and doing all former coaches and staff but got bored. I'll definately get back to it though as it needs to be done.
Selfishly my next project is going to be about jerseys. First I'll comb the forums archives for posts and create threads on each block of silhouettes eg 1993-1995 or 2009-2011. Will also update all the profiles on them. Then I'll do some deep dives online.
Already started the first one. Feel free to comment and share pics and stories...

It's certainly an interesting idea. We actually trialled something like this a couple of seasons back. Unfortunately it rewards popularity of opinion and goes against the philosophy of the forum where every opinion is equal, and the forum benefits from more diverse opinions rather than more popular ones. As such, it's unlikely to come back.
BTW I've noticed some posts where users regard their reactions to posts ratio as a means of how popular their posting history is. Do note that is certainly not the case(or more accurately, we do not use it in that manner). That "reaction score" is skewed as we also trialled a feature (some may remember) where negative reactions was used to auto moderate the posts of fellow members. It worked to an extent (mostly spam) but we have moved on from that method.
Reporting a post works far better for those scenarios, and there's less tit for tat in giving negative reactions as a result. Also the community has matured in understanding what is acceptable on certain threads (I.e. recruitment) than say 4/5 years ago. So thanks to all.
Probably best time before the season starts to say thank you to all of you in how you all post in some threads. From time to time we do allow some slack, unless there's a continuation of offtopic posts. Be ontopic and you won't have any moderation issues.
And don't get offended if your posts get deleted. It's not such a big deal.
Also prob a good time to mention there won't be many change in features this season for a variety of reasons(mostly outside of our control). This includes no "dark theme". There will be a large overhaul at the end of this season though.
