General Game against the Knights

This game is a bit of a worry. We should beat them but i have my doubts. Your thoughts?

The Knights tend to struggle without Gidley in their side which works in the warriors favour.

Looking forward to the Vatuvei /Uate clash. Last week Uate was shifted to the left side so they might not end up facing eachother.

Our second rower/s running on the left side should be targeting Dureau in attack. His defence is absolutely horrible. It's rubbish!

Toss of the coin on this one. But if the Warriors play like they did last week and Knights have another shocker like last week then the boyz should come away with the 2 competiton points.

Look they're without Gidley, we should smack the living life out of them, at least in the fowards anyway, its up to our backs to win the game as our fowards are in good form, even Bens come back to life over the last few games. Some things in their favour I guess would be, its their home gome so the refs will prob give us bad calls & the wrong end of the penalty count. I can't wait to see John again, he got promoted to halfback for a reason, I hope he can direct our backs, if our backs stand up we will def win.

strangely I have a good feeling about this game.

Yeah i do as well Swanley. There backline can poss us some problems if it gels but if it doesn't then we'll get them i reckon. There forward pack is also a threat but they lack the size to dominate. Richie Faioso could cause some grief off the bench.

I agree, NU, that their forward pack will be no walk over. I think Tuimavave's injury is of help to us - I feel for Evarn, because he seemed to be playing with a new lease of life.

I am a lot more confident going into this match on the back of last weekend. If we'd been schooled by the Dragons like we were supposed to be, I'd be understandably nervous.
