What happened to that poster who always gave the weather update on game day?
He was somewhat annoying, banned constantly… lives in Penrose if I recall correctly
I though he was abit of a nuisance but then realised when he left this place that I missed that zing…. I forgot this name… anyway, hope he’s well and maybe posting under a different alias these days.. I’m pretty sure he’s not Bruce but they could be related in some way..,

Jonno was good value. We always had an excuse for a loss.
If was past their bed time. The weather was too hot and the players should of been out at the swimming pool sipping on cocktails instead of this rugby league malarky they get paid for.

I have to give credit to pretty much everyone - and the mods deserve a round of applause here, too! - for not letting things get too heated.
We all have - for whatever reason, some of it completely rugby-league logical, some of it "just 'cos!" - our favourite players and ones that we're really not that keen on and sometimes our biases can affect our ability to correctly apportion credit or blame correctly. I know I'm guilty of gobbing off about certain players in the immediate aftermath of a piss-poor performance, "it's that fxxxwit's fault, he should just fxxx off!" (for this last year, I probably owe Mr S Johnson one or two apologies in this regard!) but hope I've never mortally offended anyone on here by doing so.

I appreciate everyone on this site. We may have different views or perspectives but we have the same thing in common, which is the unfortunate life choice of being Warrior fans to the death.
There’s lot of knowledagle posters on here, and it creates great conversation and makes the bad times more bearable.
Also shout out to those who have sources and share their information on this site. Keeps things interesting while getting all of our hopes up - we need that sometimes.
Lastly, thanks to anyone the reads my shit. I post mostly off emotion in the moment, so may not be factual but it comes from a good place lol

The site is actually pretty amazing, not just for the league but all the news. Has a cross section of opinions and some well read folks along with lots of lovable nutters. I spend more time on here reading current events than in news sites, much more interesting and you get all perspectives. Well done to the mods and regular posters.

Yea this is a pretty damn good site. Being a Warriors tragic gets pretty lonely with everyone IRL thinking I am mental for sticking by em.

We should all be appreciating bruce for everything he does around here.
He keeps the moderators busy and he's always good for an argument or two a week.
He has witty come backs like the other week when Dixpat said man you are old. So Bruce responded with tales from the 60's. The only thing missing was calling Dixpat a whipper snapper. Or the last few months he's been asking Who owns the NRL? I've responded but last time he did a Roddy Piper on me (Just when you think you have the answers I change the questions) and retorted about the ownership of the Broncos.
We know more about Bruce than the rest of the people on this forum.
Every year at Thanksgiving he is thankful for Eric Watson for saving the Warriors and keeping us at Mt Smart instead of moving to Carlaw Park.
His favourite Warriors are Greg Alexander, Mathew Ridge and Dennis Betts.
Ian Robson was his favourite CEO's and did a good job making Andy Platt comfortable by flying his dogs over from England. Bruce is just annoyed he wasn't asked to walk said dogs.

His favourite American President is Donald Trump for making America great again.
The person he'd most like to have lunch with is Richard Fale so they can talk Warriors and their expansion into Hawaii.

My favourite was when jonno suggested that Konrad Hurrells deficiencies at centre were because English wasnt his first language and he couldn't communicate with his inside and outside men or words to that effect lol...
