Sign on would not be 50K for Gateshead - maybe for Jordan but not in general.

Sharman is a 3rd tier comp and is rubbish. C1 is a third tier comp and is rubbish too. Best Sharman Cup can feed to is Warriors U20. The team those 2 Poms couldnt even make it in and one of them walked straight into the Bulls team. Reckon the U20 would beat Hull. ESL bottom 8 teams are rubbish...

To be fair, Jordan would dominate Sharman and go well in the Fox. He was going well in the Vulcans, has played Q-Cup and Elite 1 but without seeing the quality of Championship 1 sides, it's hard to say he's doing well due to it being of a particularly poor standard. Fox is probably the toughest amateur (mostly) comp in the Rugby League world, certainly the toughest physically anyway.
I doubt Jordan can sign on with Hull without spending a year or two playing in England first. I'm sure the foreign quota rules for ESL teams require them to have played something like 6 NRL games in the preceeding season. The Bulls had to get dispensation to sign Adam Henry for this year as he'd played 6 games for the Roosters in 2012 but the signing of Jennings and SBW combined with injury meant he had no NRL games in 2013. Jordan would have to qualify through residency surely and I can't see Hull using a foreign quota spot on him.
The pommy kid walks into the Bulls side because he's out on loan from Leeds, the Bulls were down to one fit prop thanks to injury, other loan props being recalled to their parent club and the fact that no professional player is going to sign to a club that's doomed to be relegated unless they have nowhere else to go like Jamal Fakir. It's not as straightforward as him not being able to crack the U20s but walking into an ESL side and the Bulls and London couldn't beat Mt Albert or Pt Chev on current form. He wouldn't get a look in at any other ESL club, not even London.

Dunno, I don't get to see the games but we know Adam really well and I've been trying to follow his progress as he's been struggling this year so I check the Bulls forums weekly to see how he's gone. Baldwinson got good marks for his attitude at least. Mind you, the rest of the team's attitude would make him look like a star if he just managed to make most of his tackles, they've been getting flogged until lately.
The Bulls took both boys on loan from Leeds I think, not sure if the other ones played yet.
I'm no agent at all but I have a very close source that does no that Jordan and not only has he signed at amount stated but he has just signed another 2 year deal last week ...... And good on him , championship 1 or Sharman !!!!!!!!! Really how long would you need to think about it ! Sharman feeds to under 20s really ?????? Sharman is far from that , and any good kid doesn't go though Sharman .. And people might not no this but Jordan plays as a local player overseas so isn't classed as overseas player so super league is very much on the cards .. As I've said running out for Hull might be closer than we think .. Good on him

How can he play as a local player? The only way I can see that being possible is if his father is English and he has a British passport.
That'd be good if he signed on for 50K but that wouldn't be possible across the board with the cap being 150K or 250K with the 40% possible top up (still can't figure that out!). It would make sense though given it's such a big move, he got good money to go to Avigon. He wasn't playing Q cup this year, he'd dropped down a league to play Sunshine Coast local footy but he may well have been waiting for this move to come through and keeping himself busy.
Anyway, he's a good kid and I hope he sees ESL action at some stage.
All Auckland footy feeds 20s potentially although Ackland was picking kids straight out of junior footy too. Players have to be 17 to play Sharman or Fox now so some of the younger players in the U20s squad may well be playing in Sharman but most would likely be told by the Warriors to move over to Fox teams. Ackland did that to most of his players. It didn't hurt Mt Albert to take all the players that had no club previously so didn't have to pay the transfer fees to get players that they may not see to much of.
Championship One should be a more professional style of footy given that players are getting paid more to play at it's a national comp but possibly not as physical as Fox or even Sharman. A lot Sharman games I've watched have been essentially smash and bash footy, moreso than Fox that's for sure. Perhaps you could give us an idea of the quality of Championship One by comparing it to a comp in NZ or OZ? And how does it compare to Elite One that we hear nothing about but local players have going to France to play since I was young? I would guess that Elite One would be a fair drop from Championship given Toulouse didn't have any success in it.
