Castleford miss Hardaker hugely. A great player and absolutely inspirational last season when he scored some great individual tries from nowhere. They were lost in the Grand Final without him and still haven’t got their game back

I noticed in that first try, which was really only good support play, that the covering defender managed to shepherd him to the corner. Either he has lost some speed or the defender is really quick. Back in the day he probably would have scored under the posts.

He was probably still snorting powder then though Bruce. When he arrived at Manchester airport he’d got here about 10 minutes before the flight from Oz landed

I don't know if you watched him in his early career in Sydney. The kid was untouchable. He really is past his best and it makes me wonder about the standard of the ESL, sad to say.

It should be on NZ TV somewhere because the whole idea behind this is to increase ESL exposure to NRL audiences.

Premium TV channels are ripping the viewer off, more companies getting involved was meant to increase competition but all it does is ask viewers/fans to take out yet another subscription. Premier Sports broadcasting in U.K., claiming to be the RLWC 2017 channel, pissed a lot of people off by changing schedules to show All Whites v Peru instead of NZ v Tonga. I pay for Sky in UK because they have by far the best sports schedules and are the only channel to show live ESl games, usually three per week. They have got the NRL for this season for the first time for a few years. First game up is Warriors at Souths.

Fingers crossed you can get to see the game. Standard is probably not as high as NRL, but you might find it a more open game than you are used to. Just hope the locals turn up to watch it live to supplement the travelling fans and expats

Generally about two months haha. Another one always pops up though. Best thing to do is search 'super league' set the filters to long videos only and uploaded in the last week only. Super League ones usually stay up, but the NRL ones are a little more dicey.

If you have fibre, I'd recommend getting a VPN and using RugbyPass.com - it has everything league and union and live. It's totally legal, just not available in NZ.
