With all of the talk on head knocks it's good to see he is making a sensible decision and putting his health first. Obviously being older and nearer the end of his career helps.
He was great for us on the dewy Saturday nights we use to play on; he used to cause a lot of havoc in those conditions.
I didn't see much of his Super League tenure but good to see he had a few years at a top UK club after leaving the Warriors.
