8 is enough will cap it there. Unless someone is really keen.
I will play and be a ninth contestant as well as game administrator and moderator.
We won't commence this until about December 10th as have some stuff to take care of before then iand want to run this over December.

Here are the basic rules in the meantime and you can ask me questions/we can refine over the next few weeks.
Before this starts I will publish a final version or Wrighty WALL OF RULES that I am famous for. Making the rules is my favourite part.

Preliminary Rules
1) 9 contestants. The 8 above plus Wrighty will play as well to make a good number of people.
2) 17 rounds. Draft 13 players and 4 reserves and make a well rounded Rugby league team.
3) Eligible players must have played at least one test match since 1980 for Australia or New Zealand.
4) 8 contestants will be randomised and take turns to lead rounds in reverse snake order for rounds 1 to round 16. .Wrighty will participate in each round but only lead round 17.
5) This game is called Dragon's tail and requires great strategising and cunning. Each person who leads the round will be known as the "Round Master" Each round master will think of a clever drafting criteria "The players in this round must have a first name starting with W" and then they make sure the take Wally Lewis with their first pick leaving the guys who go last in the round at the Dragon's tail to scrap over weaker players if there aren't many good league players with first names W. It will be a requirement that you research your question to make sure there are at least ten choices.

That is basically the game.
Some final tips. Be aware of and make a short list of your main competition who you want to beat. And customise your question to disadvantage your main competitor.
The rest of the strategies I will let you figure out for yourself.
We will begin this Circa December 10th so you can start playing with some ideas for questions in your mind in advance.

Each pick will last a maximum of 12 hours
The round master will ask the question and each person one by one will answer when it is their turn one at a time one after each other
They each have 12 hours to make their pick
I may give those overseas 18 hours
