Talk having the odds against you in adversary, I think the never say attitude may be a cultural change for the good and the earlier us against the world sermon from Boy George may in fact be coming to fruition. The Bulldogs are not to be underestimated but I expect the boys to fight in the trenches Warriors 12 -
Hoping for the win today. But I won't be at all surprised if the dogs beat us. They have showed some promise in recent weeks, and if ever they are targeting a game for a win, it will be this one. It will come down to whoever wants it more, and I fear that may be the dogs.
Surely Turner starts. The team dynamics dictate this, Harris is our best forward and can't be moved and especially more so with Katoa out and Heatherington gone. And you can't move Hiku in and bring Beale back. That wrecks our wide attacking threats.
I'd be happy for Beale to get a last hurrah sometime this year but that can be for Pompey.
Isn't that the Warriors ethos? These are the games we are supposed to win... Dogs have Hopoate back and the Foz is finally firing up...and they are due a win. Interestingly is if the dogs do win, then Brisbane is in last place on the table! If this injured ravaged team happens to win this one, it would show we may have, in some way, maybe begun to turn a small corner and about to bury the old classic Warriors ethos of losing the one's we should win. Can't wait... Go the Boys!
