Not top tier but a shout out to John Simon. He got the captaincy a week after debuting, sitting in 16th spot & 7 wins (out of 11) later we finish in 11th.

Typical figure of the thankless Warrior. Consummate professional, he steadied the ship in the same fashion Mannering lovers worshipped.
There are so many players we used and abused here. Phil Blake was amazing for an ageing fullback, in those days Warrior fullback was the suicide seat in the car.

Anyone’s thoughts on Feleti?I know he definitely wouldnt be up the top. I felt like feleti was integral to that 2011 team but was rocks and diamonds. Might have been the best recruit for half a season.

Where do Addin Fonua-Blake and Tohu Harris sit for everyone?
Addin Fonua-Blake likely our 2nd best prop recruit ever, after Price.
Same as Tohu Harris imo - arguably out best backrower/lock we've brought over.
Of course I'm talking stats and ability wise. It's a shame the Warriors have been so average in their time here as they're quality players who are putting up huge numbers week in week out.
Impact wise it's hard to go past Price and Roger Tuivasa-Sheck for me. Price dominated up front, and while not all because of him the team got to the grand final so its easy to see his impact on the team. Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, first ever Daly M winner which shows how good he was as an individual for us.
I'm hoping the next few years we have a good run and Tohu Harris and Addin Fonua-Blake are considered up there as some of our best recruits in the future

Man he was good when he was on. I remember Feliti was in my fantasy team one year and he had 4 try assists before half time one game, just absolutely killed it (can't remember what year or against what team, but on the stroke of half time put in a little grubber kick and we scored off it, was crazy). I think there was even talk of him being a smokey for Origin I believe, but faded immediately after that was said haha.
Unfortunately he just couldn't get the consistency part right

We haven't seen the real MMT version of Addin Fonua-Blake but he is certainly dependable and mostly consistent.
Tohu Harris seems like a shadow of the Storm version. As a marquee signing I haven't been all that impressed especially given his captaincy role. There have been games where he has been slow to retreat back into the defensive line that have had me completely livid as I know there is absolutely zero chance he would have done that at Melbourne. I get the feeling he has been playing injured.
Back on topic... James Maloney was a revelation. Was the keystone of our 2011 run...
